Hi @Mounika S Atlassian has a decent amount of information about accessibility. Have you read the following pages? https://www.atlassian.com/accessibility Randy has a good answer to this question from a year or so. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-Admins/Accessibility-for-confluence/qaq-p/2495052 There…

Hi @heather.connington You could follow the migration steps here to migrate from one cloud instance to another. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/migrating-from-confluence-cloud-to-confluence-cloud-691011969.html

Hi @Kevin Kott You are probably best off looking at the Atlassian Marketplace for an app that can customize email notifications. If you don't find anything or can't convince the powers that be to invest in an app, you can share the following url with your Atlassian Admin team.…

Hi @Johannes Nielsen No, you can't modify the general search. Best bet would be to split it into 3 spaces. However, if everyone has access to all 3 spaces, the general search will still look at all 3.
-
Hmm. You are right. I went to verify that it would only look at the subscribed space, and it is looking into all spaces, even ones I have restricted. I believe you found a bug.
-
Sorry, I don't. Do you have a particular type of attachment, like pdf or word doc? If so I would search for those in the Marketplace. I think it's unlikely there is one add-on that will allow searching in any attachment. Maybe something for Rovo in the future?
-
Hi @Gregory Arroyo Have you browsed any of the templates here? https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/categories/marketing-and-sales
-
Hi @Mike Levin Each Slack channel can have multiple Confluence Space subscriptions. If you want to limit the search you could create a new Slack channel and only subscribe to the spaces you want to search on. You can see which spaces your channel is subscribed to via: /confluence list On the /confluence search I do not…
-
Hi @Jaya Rani Not out of the box. There are some Marketplace addons that might help with specific doc types, you would have to go try some and see if they meet your requirements.
-
Hi @arno A lot of red flags here regarding security and opening up your instance to the internet, especially if you are still on server. Let's ignore those for now. If I understand correctly, your users can log into Jora, but it redirects them after login? I'm not sure what you are referring to as the "interface?" However…

Hi @Kit Friend Love how useful that error message is :) Could the add comment function in your automation not have an issue context to create the comment on?
-
Hi @Stefan Wohnlich You may need to look at the add-ons to get more functionality with tables.
-
Hi @Ronn Yonamine It does smell like a permissions issue. Can you share more details on what you are attempting and code snippets so we might be able to help?
-
Hi @Manisha Tiwari Are you the Jira admin? If so can you give us a little more details? If you are not the Jira admin you may want to chat with them and ask for permissions or what the policy is for your site for project creation.
-
Hi @Miran MARTIN 1. Jira could be a good choice for you, however on a project of one person it may be overkill. 2. Yes you can customize the template by yourself, there are plenty of tutorials and videos that can teach you enough to start. For a project of one person, I would lean toward something like Trello.
-
Hi @David Chiner I'd suspect a group permission has changed or someone added some restrictions. Here is a troubleshooting guide that may help you narrow down permission issues. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/inspect-permissions-992678939.html

Happy BDay to your brother. I collect stuff.. rubber ducks are probably the biggest collection, I'm trying to change to cars.
-
Hi @Sarah Conrod Can you post a screen shot of your automation? It helps with troubleshooting.
-
I do not think you can. You sort it once and it may remember your preference for the next time.
-
Hi @Sebastián Granizo This is a tricky situation where the @ mentions may not work in Automation. I could be mistaken or they have fixed it in the last few months, but I recall this coming up over the summer. Bill gave a solution in this thread, it is a few years old:…
-
Hi @Aaron Eden The sorting in the JQL inside the automation will not set the sorting on a Board/Filter. The Clone operation is acting on the issue and not on a Board, sorting is not tied to an issue but to the board or filter. You will not be able to achieve this via Automation, however you can set this at the Board…

Hi tstrahan@appen.com At your other company, it was most likely an add-on from the Marketplace that allowed for related or nested action items/tasks. You could ask your Atlassian admin to look thru the Marketplace to find something that would fit your needs. However, your use case seems better fitted for Trello than…
-
I assumed only Atlassians would use this feature.
-
Hi @Ragavendran S I would not use labels as the trigger mechanism for this. This is probably best done in the workflow, as it is unlikely you would want the fields to always be mandatory. I would add a new field and then depending on the value of that field add a validation where it makes sense in the workflow that checks…
-
Hi @Simon Tilbury I don't think any QFs are auto-populating for you, someone with Board edit rights is adding them. This is not a feature in Jira.
-
Hi @Sean Kim I would say you are on to something suspecting the firewall if Atlassian is blocked. For the assistant to work you would need to allow the addresses in this doc. (you probably don't need to open everything, just the ones for Jira as this doc covers all Atlassian products)…

Hi @Janet Sands It depends on a number of things like the Board filter and the type of Project, Team vs Company. Usually, subtasks are visible on a board unless you have specifically limited them in the Board filter. Can you let us know the project type and share the board filter so we can assist you?
-
Hi @Alexandre Vaz Can you share a screenshot of what the newly imported space looks like? Are you sure it was imported as a space and not a page inside a space?
-
You could look at the audit logs, not going to give you a notification tho.

Hi @James Knowledge Manager It's possible, there are multiple instructions on how to do it online. The first two that showed up when I googled it: https://integrately.com/integrations/confluence/gemini-ai https://n8n.io/integrations/confluence/and/embeddings-google-gemini/ Disclaimer: I have not tried to…
