Hi @ryans Apologies, my mistake—I misspoke. This feature has only been released on iOS for now. I’ve added your feedback to our internal backlog and created a separate feature request that you can follow for updates. Thanks, Jack

Hi @Jen Payne - thanks for flagging. Could you open the play store and update the app to see this fixes your issue. Thanks, Jack

Hi @Jim Porfiris - thanks for reaching out. The Jira Mobile App for iOS requires iOS 16 or later! If you are unable to update to iOS 16, we would recommend using the web browser! I know this is a less than ideal solution but we needed to trade off user experience + security limitations with certain APIs only available to…

Hi @Krishnan V S could you please confirm which app you are using? Are you using the Jira Cloud Mobile app? Cheers, jack

Hi @jake - To see issues on the timeline, you will need to create epics in your project. These are the only issue types that show + any child issues in the epic. You can find more information about the timeline view here; https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/basic-roadmaps/overview#child-issues Hope this helps!…

Hi @Gonzalo Acosta - sorry about this issue. We had a bug that affected some users' ability to access the board. This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you can now access the board from your app. Jack - Jira Mobile Product Manager

👋🏻 @Jozef Benikovský Jira mobile Product Manager here. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated. We designed the new sections to remember their state before closing the issue. This choice will be remembered the next time you open an issue. The goal is to reduce the need for scrolling to the most commonly viewed fields. If you…

Hi @Stefano Capretto - When you click on the project do you see any tabs up at the top? You should wee the roadmap, backlog etc up the top. Let me know if this still is not working for you. Cheers, Jack

Hi @Sármásy Márton Hope you're well. This does seem odd, could you please email us at jira-cloud-native@atlassian.com. If you can please include a few screenshots, app version and details on what you see. Cheers, Jack

Hi All, apologies for the issues you have been facing when trying to add a comment on the Jira Mobile app. To add a bit of context, when Grammarly added support for Samsung keyboards we found a couple of issues, more info can be found here. As a mitigation strategy we removed the placeholder text which is why there is a…

Hi Sebastian - just want to check is this not working for you on the Jira Mobile app? Could you share a screenshot of what you are experiencing?

Hi @Jeffrey Hendrikse 👋🏻 - thanks for being a Jira Mobile user and sharing your feedback. For company managed projects at the moment we only support the velocity report. Is there a particular one you are interested in? We are actively working on a burn-down report for company managed projects, we hope to have this shipped…

Hi Claudine - are you able to submit feedback in the app and we can follow up with this there. It will be easier for us to troubleshoot. Cheers Jack

Hi Blaine - thanks for being a Jira Mobile user and sharing a Loom of the issue you are facing. Makes it very simple to understand :) I have inline commented on the Loom but in summary to create a child issue under an epic you need to be on the epic rather than on the board. We don't support inline create of child issue in…

-
Hi @Will Jones , thanks for your feedback. I totally understand where you are coming from. As mentioned in earlier comments here, the main reason is that we intentionally have to differ of features and experiences between web and mobile for the sole reason of them being different platforms for different contexts and…

@Loïc B. thanks for sharing your concerns with the speed of web vs macOS. We are working on building the fastest version of Jira Cloud and have shipped several improvements in the last year (see here!). It’s great to hear that you’ve enjoyed the macOS version and feel free to still use the macOS app for daily work.

Thanks, @Paul Marroquin for your feedback and passion. Please go ahead and vote for that feature request, if we have any further updates on a Jira desktop app we will provide them there.
