Hello @Olivera Tancheva Here's the API definition of the object's class https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/7.6.1/com/atlassian/jira/project/ProjectImpl.html Just use the method getName on the "cFieldValue" object after casting it to ProjectImpl.
-
Hello @Olivera Tancheva You have to import import com.atlassian.jira.issue.customfields.option.Option; I would suggest you to take some basic programming classes as that would help you in implementing real life scenario using SR plugins and getting basic understanding of Java and Groovy

Hello @Synne Marie Sollie From the docs https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0711/using-parallel-sprints-955166228.html This feature is a global feature and currently not available for per project configuration.
-
if(cFieldValue) { List<Option> options = (List<Option>)cFieldValue if(options && options.first().getValue() == "Business Trip"){ UserMessageUtil.error('Please select project.') } }
-
Hello @Olivera Tancheva As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- has already shared, the multi-select list will return a list of options. Thus, you might need to traverse the options in the list. Here's a working sample https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/Get-MultiSelect-CustomField-Values/qaq-p/375761…

Hello @Stephen Sifers Thanks for your insightful reply. I completely agree with you and understand the compliance and the audit part. Our requirement is such that certain custom fields having sensitive user data need to be removed after the completion of the workflow. Now, we can delete the custom field values but the…

Hello @Pier Nicolò Pinna I have mentioned the jql in my answer, what is your exact requirement?
-
Hello @Pier Nicolò Pinna yes you need a plugin for the jql query which I posted above. If you wish to find bugs in closed sprint then if you know sprint name then you can find that using jql and without any external plugins.
-
Hello @Patrik Ytterström Glad to know that it's working now, please accept/upvote answer so that others are helped as well. thanks!

Hello @Schups In portfolio the story points are aggregated for all issues under epic and also you can add the story points against the epic and thus the value given against the epic is added to the summation of points. Thus, in the custom field configuration you can enable story points field for the "epic" issue type and…
-
In the above code you check whether the issue updated event is for the component or not and if it is then in the if statement above you can add your original statement which checks if the current component contains flytta or not.
-
Hello @Patrik Ytterström You can use the Script Listener provided by the plugin "Clones an issue, and links" The condition you have to enter is that you have to check if the update is on the component field or not. Thus, this should work def field = event.getChangeLog().getRelated('ChildChangeItem').any{…

If you want to completely stop the ability to create sub-task in a specific project then you can just remove the sub-tasks issue type from the issue type screen scheme and then sub-tasks will not be available at all for that project.
-
Hello @Sergio Palacio On the create form "sub-tasks" are not listed because sub-tasks can be created from within a parent (more button on issue screen-> create sub-task) Here's a duplicate of your question…
-
Hello @Pier Nicolò Pinna It's possible out of the box. Jira provides a function to search for linkedIssue but you can do that only for a single issue key and not a generic search like the one which I shared above…
-
Hello @Nick Ivlev Currently, it's not possible to link classic project issues to Epics belonging to next-gen projects.
-
Hello @Pier Nicolò Pinna You would need a plugin for this kind of query. If you have script runner plugin then it can be easily achieved using the followign query type = bug and issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("Sprint in openSprints()") It fetches bugs which are linked to issues in open sprints (you can add futher…

You have to make sure that the field is not present on the create issue screen in order for the screen to ignore the field instead of hiding the field via field configuration.
-
Hello @Michelle wang This chart is not provided out of the box in Jira but rather coming from a plugin called Time Reports https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212077/time-reports?hosting=server&tab=overview In the docs - https://www.primetimesheet.net/wiki/Overview.html there is not much information about the formula…
-
Hello @Stephen Letch Why don't you first save the current description in a variable using def description = issue.description and then in issue.setDescription you can append the custom field values to the above variable "description" which is holding the current value of description.
-
Glad to know @Steffen Becker that it's working now!
-
Hello @DPKJ If you feel that my answer has helped you, then please accept/upvote so that others are also helped.
-
Hello @DPKJ Currently it's an open ticket for parent link to behave link epic link and the Java API for portfolio is also not available yet (REST API is available but not Java) https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-1663
-
This is the exact question I had asked in the link which I posted. The type of object is not documented but it does return the issue key using the ".key()" method. Once you have the key then you can use IssueManager to get the complete issue object and then perform any desired operation on it.
-
Please see code sample which I have posted as an answer here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/Get-value-of-Parent-Link-field-of-portfolio-using-script-runner/qaq-p/604287
-
Hello @DPKJ I am able to use the custom field "parent link" using Jira Java API. I use the value of this field quite a lot in the many scripted fields I have in the script runner plugin.
-
Hello @Hema TB You can create "custom" fields in Jira instead of system fields. The fields can be of several types like select list, text box, multi-select etc. You have to do some customization in order to implement your requirement, I would suggest you to take a look at the nFeed plugin which is meant of these purposes.…

Hello @ryanzawada Searching issues based on "Quarterly" is an open request in Jira https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-20359 workaround here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-20359?focusedCommentId=980423&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-980423 Similar…

You can check the issueTYpe and also the underlying description with the variable " underlyingIssue?.description And choose to clear the description or not based on the selected issueType.
