Hello @marun maon If you want to add a new column in the DB the Jira is not the right tool for it. Jira is meant for supporting Agile processes and process automation and collaboration across teams, it's not meant for direct DB operations.

Here's the open ticket about it https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-68153

Hello @Mauricio GALVEZ Currently next-gen projects are not available on Jira server. If you are planning to import cloud backup into server then first you have to migrate next-gen issues into classic projects and only then you can import the cloud backup into server.

Hello @luis.carless1 Which version of Jira portfolio server are you using?
-
Hello @Raymond Wong In Jira the notification scheme is based on Issue events, like Issue updated when you update the labels on an issue. In this case you will need to write a custom listener which listens for issue update events and if the label is updated then the listener will send the email to specific group of users if…

Hello @David DeSantis This can be slightly confusing for people starting out with Jira. Closed vs Resolution what you talk of is basically two different things. One is status and other is resolution. Status of an issue can be *Closed* but the Resolution can be *Rejected* Or Status can be *Closed* but the resolution can be…
