Hello @pat d-o It's not supported out of the box, but via paid plugins like Script runner, you can do following JQL queries. https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/jql-functions.html#_epicsof https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/jql-functions.html#_issuesinepics

Hello @Mridul Chatterjee It's pretty easy with JQL to separate issues into as many boards as you want. Make sure on the issues you want to separate there is an identifier value like component, label, or a similar field So that then you can write JQL like Project = ABC and Component = London Project =ABC and Component =…

Hello @Beatriz Aparecida Feliciano Have you add the gadget URL of the JIra graph in Confluence remote gadgets as explained in the URL which I have shared.
-
In the call you have to parse JSON and then it will work. LIke in one of the examples in the link i shared they are parsing the response so you have to parse the response as well. def response = httpBuilder.request(Method.GET, ContentType.JSON) { uri.path = "/rest/api/2/issue/picker" uri.query = [currentJQL: jqlQuery,…

Hello @Vikhyath Pati Deleting the sprint, removes the sprint information from the database, that's all. When you create a new sprint then a new set of rows get added in respective DB tables.

Hello @Joe St.Louis Currently it's an open ticket here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17631

Hello @Beatriz Aparecida Feliciano Please see here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Can-you-display-the-Jira-burndown-chart-in-Confluence/qaq-p/781036

Hello @Alessio Alfonsi This can be confusing in Jira, so I understand what's going wrong. I think you have copied the workflow scheme but you haven't copied the workflow. Do the following steps * Copy your existing active workflow * Create a new workflow scheme * Map the copied workflow to the newly created workflow scheme…

Hello @Antonio D_Errico I am not talking about created a custom REST endpoint but calling the REST API of JIRA https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/behaviours-conversions.html#_walkthrough_external_rest_service In the above example they are calling REST API of confluence but you can call REST API of JIRA which…

Hello @Felipe Cordoves Why would you want to have one sprint across two boards? It will just add to confusion of everyone. Even if technically feasible the idea of boards is to have dedicated backlog and dedicated sprints per team i..e the good practice is that each Scrum team can have their own Sprint backlog and own…

Hello @James Clark For setting up the automation are you using any plugins(like Automation)? Can you share screenshot as to where you are creating these tasks. If the UI accepts a cron expression, then you can create one here http://www.cronmaker.com/

Hello @Ashish Gupta "In such cases, we usually keep both the Releases in the Fix Version of the User Story. Now in this case, how the "Version Report" graph for Release 2.0 or 2.1 is generated or impacted corresponding to this User Story. " I don't think that's a good practice to keep the story mapped to an version which…

Hello @Manus Tangtirawat Your requirement is currently an open ticket in the JSD Jira. Please vote https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1472 Ability to rearrange Service Desk project on the main customer portal
-
Hello @Senthil V But the JQL query is only going to give you issues and from those issues which can get the project keys. In your code here jira_issue = jira.issue(issue.key, fields='project') project_key = jira_issue.fields.project.key print ("Project Key", project_key) You are only getting the project key, which you can…

As on Jira server, migration from Redmine is better supported I feel https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/importing-data-from-redmine-938847599.html
-
If you want to migrate more data which mightnot be supported by CSV. Then setup a evaluation Jira server version and import your data from Redmine to Jira server and then take the backup of the Jira server and then restore on cloud. It's more work but it should give you more flexibility in terms of data.
-
Hello @Krishna M S From the docs https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/migrating-from-other-issue-trackers-884344525.html Redmine We recommend exporting your Redmine data to CSV to import it to Jira.

Hello @Senthil V Here's the way to do it in a single REST call https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Jira-REST-API-to-get-projects/qaq-p/728218
-
The example of issues is there, you can create a similar example for projects using REST API call which you also described. Basically use REST API to fetch project list and then let user mult-select options from the list.

Hello @[deleted] "What I really need to do is to split out the sprint field and pull only the latest one." This is exactly what I do for my reports. But I am using Jira sever and on Jira server it's very easy to do it using scripted fields from the script runner plugins. <br>ArrayList sprintList =…
