I don't know if there is a way to find out the date that the status changed in using JQL. You can restrict your query to find changes based on the date though. * AFTER "date" * BEFORE "date" * DURING ("date1","date2") * ON "date"

Hey George, You should be able to use the WAS operator to find those issues using JQL. Your query would be something long the lines of: status WAS "QA Final Failed"
-
Clint: I don't see a way to hide tags. You might consider raising a JIRA issue for the request. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE

You're welcome, glad to help!

I'm not too familiar with how GitHub handles credentials, but yes you should be able to do that. Each person would be able to clone the repository to their local machine and manage it with SourceTree. When they're ready, they could then push their changes to GitHub for the rest of the team to see. If you don't want to…

When you make a commit in Git, the name and email address is included in that commit and the history. The Authentication is used to connect to any hosted repositories that require credentials. You can use SourceTree without having an external account. You'd just be managing the local Git repository but would not be able to…

Atlassian has a tutorial for Git here - http://www.atlassian.com/git That tutorial is designed for the command line, but you should be able to convert most of the commands to their SourceTree equivalent. It looks like you're using the Windows version of SourceTree and there is no built in documentation yet, but Atlassian…

Jannie: I think you'll have better luck installing a package manager like Homebrew. You can then install Mercurial with brew install mercurial

Could you post the full cURL command you're running?

If you're using the archive file to install Stash, you'll need to manually move the server.xml into <Stash home directory>/shared. This is mentioned in Step 6 of the installation guide. At this point, feel free to move the server.xml to the shared directory and restart each node, they'll start picking up server.xml from…

Currently this is not possible, but you can follow the feature request for this at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/5652/allow-for-pull-requests-to-require
-
The documentation being referenced is for Bitbucket Server (previously Stash) and does not apply to Bitbucket Cloud (hosted at bitbucket.org). See Work with pull requests for the Bitbucket Cloud documentation.

Hey Chris, the atlassian-confluence.log will likely include some information on what the error is/what's causing it. You might also consider opening a support ticket at support.atlassian.com
-
I'd start by looking at the catalina.out in <Bitbucket Server installation directory>/logs if you haven't already. If the JVM is crashing, you should see an indication of why in there. Also, we may be able to take a closer look if you raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com and attach a Support Zip.

I just updated to 1.3.1 and it fetched from my remotes automatically. If you go to Tools > Options, on the General tab, is "Check default remotes for updates every x minutes" ticked and set to a resonable number of minutes?

On your colleagues' computers this repo is fast in both Git and SourceTree? Could you run 'git count-objects' and share the results? This will show the number of unpacked objects that would be cleaned with 'git gc'. gc will clean up the repository by running a number of tasks that could improve performance. You may want to…

If you run some commands outside of SourceTree using Git, are they just as slow? That might narrow down the issue if it's something with Git and the Repository or just SourceTree. There is a Terminal button in the menu bar that will allow you to run some Git commands.
-
Anthony: There is the HipChat for Confluence plugin that provides some integration. It does not support newer versions of Confluence yet.
-
Glad you got it working!

Are you refering to the setup wizard? You can access it through File -> Setup Wizard... When you run the setup wizard again, what is your SSH Client set to? I'm not aware of a log, unfortunately.
-
Hi Moran, are you getting any specific errors when you try to push or pull?
-
Ramon: You could create a feature request for this in the Stash JIRA.

In SourceTree if you create a new respository, you can either clone again from the remote server or from the local directory on your machine into a new path. That will create a new copy of the repository for you to experiment in. I don't know if rebase will actually reduce the size of the repository. Do you have a lot of…
-
Hey Ryan, You could probably use Git Rebase to squash the commits you don't want onto ones that you want. SourceTree has the option to rebase interactively by right-clicking on a parent commit. I'd create a clone of the repository to experiment with first though. What's your goal here? Are you wanting to remove older…

Are you trying to use a schema other than public in the Postgres DB? Currently, Stash only supports using the default schema, public. There is a feature request to add schema support being tracked at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-3540

Windows will store it in $HOMEDRIVE$HOMEPATH\.gitconfig Which, depending on how things are mapped will likely be your %USERPROFILE%, or C:\Users\MyLogin\.gitconfig on Windows 7. You can check where Git has it located by using the command below, it will open up the file in your default editor. git config --global --edit
-
Windows will store it in %USERPROFILE%\.gitignore You can check where Git is set to look for the global ignore file with: git config --get core.excludesfile You can also set the global ignore with: git config --global core.excludesfile "%USERPROFILE%\.gitignore"

If this is for Bitbucket Server (where you're hosting yourself), then you could do this at the Tomcat level or add a reverse proxy to restrict access. For Tomcat you could add the following in the <Engine> block of your server.xml: <Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteAddrValve"…

Support for MySQL 5.7 will be supported in 4.10 - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-8145 You should change storage_engine=InnoDB todefault_storage_engine=InnoDB in your jdbc.url property in bitbucket.properties to address some changes with MySQL 5.7. You will also need to add jdbc.ignoreunsupported=true to get up and…
