Hi @Kaushal Kumar Singh , please try to add a filter for unassigned work items. So your JQL should be : project = ABC AND issuetype IN (Task, Bug, Story) AND (assignee != 633ffbb1b2e3c OR assignee IS EMPTY) This should be the trick. Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Thanks for that @Darryl Lee

You can improve your workflow adding a post function that store in a specific user custom field user that perform reject transtion (if you have a specific one). Ciao, Fabio

I found that :Reusing a site name (URL): * After a site is deleted, the URL may take a few days to be released for reuse. * You can request an immediate deletion to release the URL faster. * Data is retained for 60 days after deletion. I think that you need to wait that the site has released. Regards, Fabio

Hi @Steven Radig and welcome, you should raise a request to Atlassian team here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @luiz_nascimento , you should be able to do that through Atlassian Admin/Guard. Please take a look to the following article https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/connect-to-azure-active-directory/ Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha it depends from your workflow. Do you have a specific status for rejected tickets or a specific resolution? Do you store user that rejected ticket on a specific custom field? In my opinion you could setup a JQL (or a specific queue) in order to retrieve those tickets. Please let me know, Fabio

Hi @Minesh Lakhani and welcome, please raise a ticket to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Hope this helps, Fabio

You're welcome @Mohammed Aamer Khan

Hi @steven.garrity and welcome, for my knowledge you can't include bitbucket pr in confluence natively. There are some thord part app like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213554/macros-for-bitbucket-in-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud…
-
Hi @Mohammed Aamer Khan , JIRA 10.3.X requires JDK 17 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver103/supported-platforms-1489806894.html ). As specified here, the installer already contains required JDK. My suggestion is to try the upgrade in a test environment first. Hope this helps, Fabio

Hi @SysAdmin , if you use listener you should intercept the right event. BTW, my suggestion is to setup your code as a scripted post function so that your code will be executed as post processing of your transition. Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @Rushabh Kela and welcome, you could use the following api https://docs.atlassian.com/ConfluenceServer/javadoc/7.1.0/com/atlassian/confluence/pages/AttachmentManager.html#getLatestVersionsOfAttachments-com.atlassian.confluence.core.ContentEntityObject- Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @Pall V Jonsson and welcome, this should have no impact on jira. Fabio
-
hey @Visable GmbH , server license is no more provided by Atlassian.
-
Hi @Daniel Bartholomeusz and welcome, I don't see any issue with mention on Confluence Cloud right now. Which browser are you using? Are u sure to be on a cloud instance? Fabio
-
Hi @Visable GmbH , if you are talking about the following plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216096/sso-for-atlassian-data-center it should be compatible with server version until JIRA 9.17.5 Keep in mind that all server applications are no more supported by Atlassian. Which is you current jira version? Fabio
-
You can try to reach support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Try to rich the vendor support https://empyrajira.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/28/user/login?destination=portal%2F28
-
@Jesus Ramirez Castro , that log seems to not contain the real issue. Try to restart and check the log
-
hey @Jesus Ramirez Castro , this is INST folder. Usually HOME folder is under /var/atlassian... but it depends how you setup instance. Go to Server info menu on the administration section to retrieve home folder location
-
Hi @Jaspreet KAUR and welcome, it seems that your issue is related to a third part app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218266/csv-user-importer-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter Try to upgrade it from Manage Apps administration menu. Hope this helps, Fabio
-
please go on the server in your CONFLUENCE_HOME_FOLDER/log/atlassian-confluence.log and check the error message.
-
Hi @barbara foblets and welcome, in my opinion there is some issue with smart values used in your automation : * Try to use {{creator.displayName}} * Try to set timezone following code {{[date].convertToTimeZone([timezone])}} (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/)*…
-
hey @Jesus Ramirez Castro did you try to start application after DB upgrade? Do you have some error at atlassian-confluence.log level?
-
Hi @Cem Tuğrul , application is platform indipendent so, in theory, you can just update your server without changing nothing on JIRA side. My suggestion is to test first this process on a test server. Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @丁远猛 , license is not per server basis so you should be able to put your new license. Probably, because it is an old version is a server instance. About your new instance, did you copy inst and home folder in the new server? Fabio
-
Hi @Jesus Ramirez Castro and welcome, please could you specify what is your issue with restore? Fabio
-
Hi @성호 윤 , natively, you could just perfrom the following customization https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configure-the-sidebar-317194694.html Hope this helps, Fabio
