-
Hi @Яковенко Данил Борисович and welcome, try to reactivate your instance https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/ Keep in mind that just a billing admin can do that. Hope this helps, Fabio

@Ashish Gupta as defined in this answer, we need to figure out how the images have been uploaded to confluence page. Images should be uploaded as attachment so that all the other confluence user can see them. Hope this clarifies, Fabio
-
hey @Ashish Gupta , if someone can see them and other not is not an application issue but it seems a client issue. Please ensure that user use a supported browser (https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/) and ask them to clean the broser cache and try again.…

Casio watches were a must-have in the '80s, but in the '90s, Swatch watches arrived and made you feel cool. I still have some in some drawer. Their colors were fanatstic

Hi @Ashish Gupta and welcome, did u upload images as attachment? If so all other users should be able to see them. I'm thinking that you applied to your page something linked to your local pc. Hope this helps, Fabio

Hi @Matheus Fontoura and welcome, please verify that your user has access to JIRA (I don't know if your instance has also a Jira Service Management and you are enabled to access JSM but not JIRA). Morevoer, please verify that you and your team have access to the project associated to the board. Hope this helps, Fabio
-
Hi @fjh , please could you check if that JQL works on JIRA side? Probably you need that new option will be added to index before it is visible on confluence side. In cloud reindexing can't be forced so probably you need to wait until that operation will be completed. Hope this helps, Fabio

Hey @Léa MICHON my suggestion is to upgrade your jira instance first. JIRA 7.13.18 is too old and you should use a newer version of JCA. Fabio

Hi @Petru Negrusa , first of all, due to server migration, please check that the outgoing server email is still working (try to send a test email). Based on your screenshot, all seems ok and email on queues seem to be in progress. In my opinion is not an issue at application level. Btw, please could you check…

Hi @Gueri and welcome, in my opinion what you're experiencing is due to the limit in the search api (https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/rest/v1000/api-group-search/#api-rest-api-search-get). Try to use parameter limit=XXXX in your search. Hope this helps, Fabio

Hi @Myles Boyd , I tried on my instance and it seems working (https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/update-holidays-of-all-jsm-projects-calendars-via-rest-api/). Please check that you have "Calendar Administrators" permissions in Global Permission. Hope this helps, Fabio
