Great summary! - Thank you for a wonderful year of new features and hoping to see even more in 2025 :)

Yes, so as I mentioned for you specific case it should work and now you can simply keep for reference CURRENT ID and Version and combine those to view exactly that page that you want. I think that is a pretty stable solution. And I do not think it is a bug. We would have to get deeper into DB structure reviewing CONTENT…

On the other hand now when I am thinking about it more.. What if we could simply use version number as an unique ID of a specific page? It is always unique even you remove old version of a page... and we can refer to it by an unique URL also.. https://<base…

Yes, I think when you print a web page from a browser by default it should show the URL on the footer, right? If that is not enough I refer back to the idea of using DB.. I think ID is correct and unique when looking at the DB tables..…

No worries @Sonja .. I made some cleanup here so it should be fine now :) Regarding collaborators.. As you might know Trello is based on Workspaces that contains Boards (where we can invite free guests to a single board).. there are Free and Paid Workspaces. You can upgrade those separately from Free plan. From my…

Hi @Karsten Aalders I think getting the page ID from DB is quite easy (including current and historical content) but from what I understand you want to include that information on the page, correct? If so there was a way (I think using Script Runner for Confluence) but not sure if this would be ideal for your specific…

Hi @S R From my understanding Google Spaces (right?) are part of Google Charts and working like those but with more features.. Is that correct? If so if Google Chat powerup does not support it then I guess it is not gonna to work.

Hi @Christine Papadopoulos I am using Gmail account for years on Trello and nothing was suddenly removed. So I guess which email domain you use does not matter. You are saying that "account disappeared".. What exactly you mean by that? When did you last used it? Are you sure that the password is correct when you try to log…

Hi @Sonja A Trello user who is added as a member to a Workspace—either as a normal member or as a team admin—is considered a billable team member. There are also guests that do not count and are free.. And of course you can choose if you want to be billed monthly or annually and switch between those options. All the…

Hi @Janice Toliver I think I would personally use Knowledge Base form. It of course depends how you want to store questions and answers. For me a question could be a similar How-To page but it could be also a single page with all of then (something like a FAQ). People also can ask questions via comments and you can answer…

Hi @Gunther CD I suggest checking how things looks on the database side. This always shows if the structure of the data looks like and then we can verify if UI is not missing something. Maybe there are some duplicated entries or something more specific that you would find. Maybe this SQL would be helpful achieve this…

Hi @vera.diaz Cloud is changing suddenly all the time. There are many things removed or replaced by a different way of achieving the same https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/learn-which-macros-are-being-removed/ Probably the same is happening for this feature. Not sure if we are able to find a perfect…

Are there any results? Do we know who won? :D
-
Thank you @Avinoam for providing information what would change so that everyone can prepare and not be confused when something would change. However since Cloud is not strictly connected with versions releases and changes are implemented in different time for sites would be nice to have a one good place where all the…

Good article @Tomislav Tobijas . Personally do not feel when with the usage limits "feature" connected to a plan but would be good at least to "simulate" somehow how many executions would it use when adding new automation not only count them and show warning after reaching 50% when all of them are created and running..…

Hi @David Nickell Nice article. UIS is actually there with us for more years when dealing with JAC (it is used by Atlassian to filter all tickets from us)

Great topic, nice webinar with good video and audio quality. I enjoyed spending 1h listening and review Jira and Confluence integration features. Personally like the smart links different views. In the past it was only key and summary. Now we can try different views which is nice. Keep up the good work!

Oh.. Just to clarify.. You simply do 3 steps and then after hosting Next it just imports the board? .. You are a Product admin, correct? Maybe you can switch to "old experience"? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-trello/

Hi @Max MacLeod Interesting topic. First of all you need to know that everything that you paste into a field is executing as a request and this might be causing problems. It also might be checked against WAF and other tools to prevent from doing an attack. From the screenshots it looks that you are using not ideally…

Welcome @najiabouha2 According to official documentation.. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/import-data-directly-from-trello-into-jira/ ..it happening when users do not have an email address associated Add a valid email address for each user to import their information into Jira. Select Next once…

Hi @ariharan m Components are created per project. If you want something more generic use Labels or simply Custom Fields. Of course there is nothing wrong with using Components in the same name in different projects then when you define JQL it should work when using its name. Just the problem is that you have to…

When diagnosing this maybe as a alternative workaround automation could be used? Here is a similar example https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/create-linked-issues-with-non-required-custom-fields-using-automation-1178878351.html

Ahoj Petr, I am thinking about this for some time.. To be honest it is hard to determine and reproduce this without any logs or error? Do you maybe see any when you access Network tab on your browser? Are there any logs on NGINX reverse proxy? I would start by checking those things. Just to clarify... Are you sure also…

Glad that it was helpful. Enjoy using Trello :)

Hi @dave.bisone Creating a linked issue feature is already there for quite a long time (when using service or business projects). For all that do not know it works like this: The only think that changed (confirmed on this issue -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-3917) is that now when using linked issue feature…
-
Hi @Renni Verho I suspect that this is something related to a browser issue rather than application. Which Jira version are you using? Did you checked on a different browser how this behave? Can you reproduce it there?

Hi @Brian Taylor Are you sure that this is an "upgrade problem" ad nothing simply have changed (especially in the permissions)? Did you maybe review this documentation? https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/copy-a-page-139013.html Is there anyone else having the same problem? Did you try to use option to "Copy with…
