You might be getting this problem - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/workflow-transition-button-disappeared-from-the-issue-view-page-800304645.html or https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-is-not-showing-expected-transitions-695111232.html

We got the solution! It sounds like there is a very easy option to use few reqex in one single property.. Everyone that wants to cut email for different case just need to use an alternative sign when defining a reqex Example: /From: *|On .*wrote:|On .*(JIRA).*/ Works for us and I hope it will be helpful for others too…

Hi Andy, Thank you very much for your suggestion and help! JEMH its a very good plugin however unfortunately is not a free and on the other hand we do not want to add more plugins to our instance. We already have a lot and this is always a problem when doing the upgrade...

Hi Nigel, Ad 1) I am not sure if is possible to have that kind of dialog box. This may require some JavaScript modification and personally I think that it could be hard to achieve. (especially on OnDemand) Ad 2) In order to add/remove items user need to have "Scheduled Issues" permission in the project to which the issue…

Hi Shane, I think you can use Confluence User Statistics Plugin which should be build in Confluence (It could be disabled by default). More infromation you can find here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Viewing+Space+Activity or here:…
-
Hi Joshua, There is a plugin currently in Beta release that allows you to translate most JIRA items on the fly: InProduct Translations. Please give it a try. I hope that will help, Best Regards, Mirek

@Nic Brough [Adaptavist], The problem is not that the issues are not logged .. I am feeling that Atlassian Answers platform is forgotten .. I am not seeing anything new, and bugs that are there are for a long time .. The problem probably is because Answers are heavily customized CQ and there is no one that could currently…
-
Hi @Sam Caldwell, do you know where is the best way to log those tickets? Thanks!
-
Sam, could you please tell me on which project I should rise a bug when I notice it again? ANSWERS project is closed now. Maybe CQ project?

Spam is since I remember .. even before Confluence Questions.. I am not sure why this cannot be fixed somehow. I was covering this topic some time ago - https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/241411/atlassian-answers---spam-prevention As for bugs.. I agree that the most used features are working fine, but unfortunately…

If you are talking about this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.iorad.plugin.iorad-conf-plugin/server/overview Then it looks like is not supported on Confluence Cloud
-
Hi Leonardo, Since you are using an OnDemand instance I am afraid you cannot apply the suggested resolution. I suggest you in this specific case contact Atlassian by creating a support ticket at support.atlassian.com -Mirek
-
@Nic Brough [Adaptavist], I see that you need to have a special tag/topic . @Mark Gordon.. If you don't like writing a condition like Nic suggested you may try to find a JavaScript solution that will hide the transition button (or show it) if current user is not allowed/allowed to execute it.

Hi Doug, Please look at my answer at: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/79246/how-to-associate-a-story-to-an-epic-in-greenhopper-6?page=1#79328 Regards, Mirek

I suppose that this was a support ticket. I remember that if you create a ticket there is an option to create a new Question on Atlassian Answers. Maybe this is how it was created. However by only reading this maile there is "How do you fix it?" section which is describing all the details related to every affected…

I do not agree with that. Of course if you know what you need it is OK however on Marketplace you have more information about the related version. In your official documentation you added only last version that do not even say which JIRA version is supported. What else? In general people are using UPM and in this there is…

Hi Kinto Soft, When looking at official explanation: "Subversion ALM for JIRA has been archived due the lack of free time to support it properly. The new JIRA Data Center architecture has a big impact on the current design among other improvements like support for tracking merges etc. that cannot be afforded." In my…

Hi, You can try to modify your email template. More information about how to and some examples you can find in the documentation: https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/JIRA+email+template+changes I hope that will help. Regards, Mirek
-
I am personally making my own solution for that kind of task. Using REST is giving you a lot of options. First of all you need to define what is a "Unused space" and then build a "script" based on this. Few examples - https://developer.atlassian.com/confdev/confluence-rest-api/confluence-rest-api-examples If you don't want…

Hi Kurt, This is a known behavior... You can read more about it in below JIRA tikcets: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-8819 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12505 And Vote on them if you want to implement this feature in new versions of JIRA I hope that helps.. Regards, Mirek

Hi, It is probably related to SSL configuration. Please check below article for more information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321850263&utm_source=SAC&utm_medium=hercules-issue-view&utm_content=420060 and learn more about Atlassian Marketplace connectivity:…

Yes. Google Analitics is a good tool to see how many request are from a mobile device. I am using this tool and this information is enough to see the % of users. I am not aware of any Confluence plugins for that.
-
Hi Gena, As I know unfortunately it is not possible.. If you are using older version of JIRA you can only see what was changed only if you have received a notification about the change. Then JIRA will show previous version of a comment. In the new JIRA (>5.0) I do not see that functionality anymore... I am receiving only a…

Overall there could be a lot of potential performance problems that may affect JIRA (and other systems). It depends on few reasons. Having more that 200k doesn’t mean that we will start to have them. I remember time when there was an new JIRA released (something around 2011) and announcement that finally say we can have…
-
Hi, If you are using JIRA Agile then there is special tab called Report (next to Plan and Work) where you can view Sprint Report and see all of those information about previous sprints. Best Regards, Mirek
-
In general Comment field is always there even if you have an empty screen. This probably requires some JavaScript hacks in order to hide this field on the specific screen.
-
I do not clearly understand... We moved to Confluence Questions but I am also seeing new spam questions created by dummy users (the same like when it was powered by OSQA.. How explain that? Isn't Confluence safe enough to not allow that?
-
Hmm.. Today once again, a spam attack on Atlassian Answers..
-
My personal idea is to merge all small solutions into one big. You can only add few Questions in a row (less than 10 min) only if: * You have more than X Karma (50 I think is enough as Nic suggested.. ) * You typed CAPTCHA correctly (no more than 5 attempts) or answered correctly a simple question (2+2 = ? - better…

White list is a good option, CAPTCHA maybe is not perfect but should make more problems for "non expirienced spammer" to pass it.
