Is there any one that could say .. What is the most productive time of a day and maybe there is even a specific day in a week to get most of a team meeting that would fully engage everyone? Some people prefer Monday morning, some Friday end of the day.. Other say that Wednesday is the best.. We are looking for a time when…

Hi @Marta Reiz , You are probably facing similar problem like here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Jira-Cloud-as-an-admin-and-account-owner-i-lost-access-to-all/qaq-p/1448942 You need to be sure that you are using correct accounts and those accounts have correct permissions, so start checking in…
-
Hi @Bramhprakash Trivedi , Not sure which Confluence are you using.. Cloud, Server or Data Center.. Basically you can use default groups but the down downside is that admin would need to manage that.. For Server there is a nice plugin called CSUM…
-
Hi @Rafael da Silva Rodrigues You might want to check this page https://codeclou.io/blog/2020/03/repair-broken-customfield-primary-key-sequence-in-jira-database-after-sql-inserts/ Maybe this would help with your problem also
-
Hi @Jason Cox I guess you might want to check this page https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/can-i-move-my-existing-project-to-the-new-itsm-template/

Sounds like FUN! :) Just one question @Mandy Ross .. since seems that there is a difference.. Should we look on Confluence collection (where there are now around (4,738 posts) https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/qa-p/confluence-questions?sort=recent&unanswered=true or all questions tagged with…
-
Yeah, this probably can only be done via addons. Seems that you are looking for something for cloud.. For Server there was a nice plugin that I know would cover your requirement (Content Statistics based on spaces)…

Hi @John Donovan , Having a hard time to understand how things looks like.. Are you able to include some screenshot to visualize this a little bit better?
-
Hi @John Donovan , Not sure what version of confluence you are using but you should be able to modify the width by using a combination of section and columns like in below example You can define the column width in pixels or in percents depends on your need.
-
Hi @ChirannjeviP , I think you should do a basic troubleshooting. This is configurable also by admin on the Microsoft account side, so you should check first those settings. However sooner or later this would stop working so I encourage you to start looking into Oauth 2.0 and configure this way of authentication as soon as…
-
Yes, that is good point - @Marc Koppelaar . It depends on preferences and how often do you need specific search. I personally only care about those tickets that I am voting/watching and receive an update about them on email, but if you want to for example monitor all bugs introduced in specific version that you are using…

Thanks @Chase Wilson for this demo!
-
Thanks @Závodný Petr . Glad that it helped
-
@Jason Wong- Migrating Insight data for example. But if you ask to choose from the EAP list that you added above then I think Service Desk and definitively app data since both methods do not cover that..
-
Well if the configuration is the same.. I think the best way would be to build a tool (script) that over REST API would get similar projects from instance A (source) and instance B (target) and simply get values from tickets and based on that create a new ticket in instance B.. You can even probably add a simple weblink in…
-
These projects are the same in both instances So both instances have only similar projects and configuration but different issues?
-
Hi @Nour , Welcome to the Community. Glad that you started to use Jira and Confluence. How are you? Where are you from? Maybe you can say few words about you. And do be afraid to ask questions and interact with other members :)
-
Well I think that using REST API should work. I mean there is a add and get user to group method https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.13.0/#api/2/group-addUserToGroup https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.13.0/#api/2/group-getUsersFromGroup So you should be able to build a simple…

I think that removing / disabling comments would help here BEFORE we import that file into Confluence. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/track-changes-in-word-197ba630-0f5f-4a8e-9a77-3712475e806a I think this is a related bug .. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-57366 I suggest to also watch and vote…
-
Hi @DS , Not sure if you are a site admin or not. I think that it can be done by using CSV export import. I mean search and then export impacted issues, modify the summary values and then Import that CSV file but making sure that you have correct mapping to modify the existing issues not create new one! See "Updating…

Hi @Andrei Pisklenov _Actonic_ , Actually I did not tried to publish. Probably it is a problem with new SPAM filter that was applied recently. I would try to check with someone from the community team, if this is the case.
-
Thank you @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for jumping in. You are right. Actually I had in mind to type jira.permission.comment.denied, but from some reason I typed jira.permission.edit.denied I corrected the link also and removed the "special characters" it should be working now
-
Hi @Mikael Stending Did you tried below properties * jira.issue.editable=false With permission it should also work but you need to use I guess this * jira.permission.edit.denied You can read more about this in this blog https://www.j-tricks.com/tutorials/permissions-based-on-workflow-status or official documentation…
-
Glad that it worked :)
-
@Dovid Bender , as I mentioned if your user is from the Crowd directory you would not be able to edit it - you cannot edit something that you are part of to prevent locking out. So in order to do so you would have to log in as user that would be from internal directory (not Crowd) and would have admin access. Then you…
-
Well you probably are logged in as a user from that Directory. In order to edit it you need to have an admin account from Internal Directory. Then you should see edit option for Crowd server.
-
No problem I can move it :) For Confluence you should be able to change it in the specific config file https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-change-the-confluence-license-in-confluence-cfg-xml-720405151.html
-
Thank you @Amna Elabbas for comparing this. It would be definitively useful. The biggest problem however is that both methods still have limitations..
-
Hi @Philemon Nkafu , Cloud UI is a little bit different and if you are new to it maybe you are having hard time to find it, but I guess you should have access to all admin functions. Do you see the "cog" icon on the top right navigation?
