Editing on view page is not possible (at least not OOTB) .Basically you have to enter Edit mode. By hitting Edit you are triggering and action that could allow collaborative editing and few people can see what you edit and do it on the same time.

How to determine that? Well when looking at Application Links Compatibility matrix.. https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/application-links-version-matrix-779174762.html#ApplicationLinksversionmatrix-table2 It looks like Fisheye/Crucible 3.1 uses AppLinks 3.10 and Jira 7.2 AppLinks 5.2.3 There is a note that "Products…

If CQ stands for ClearQuest then I think that it should be possible by CSV. Here is a documentation of how to prepare a valid CSV file with section about Importing attachments - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/importing-data-from-csv-861253680.html#ImportingdatafromCSV-formatPreparingyourCSVfile…

I think that this article might be helpful https://www.idalko.com/use-behaviour-functionality-script-runner-show-hide-fields/ There is a sample code that looks like this def dropDown = getFieldById("customfield_10500")def conditionA = getFieldById("customfield_10501")def conditionB =…

The problem is that the default handler is not allowing to populate values to the fields. Everything that is the content lands in the description, subject become Summary, and priority of the emails is getting recognize as higher/lower. That is all. The workaround could be to set up 3 handlers and each create a different…

I think that you must check if the "customer" is a actually a customer from a Service Desk perspective and not having access to normal jira (is not having a normal Jira active account).
-
I think that this is calculated once there is first public comment done by someone that is not a reporter. That is why the result might vary.
-
I think that that gadget works according to the first public comment made (not restricted to a group) and the commenter must be a different user than the reporter.
-
I guess that this might be related to Issue ID like in similar topic - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Issues-skipped-rather-than-updated-during-External-System-Import/qaq-p/894349

That is not OOTB possible to modify this view. It would required probably some hacks or customization. I suggest to simply create a filter and add those custom fields with values that customer want to see. Maybe create a dashboard also with more gadgets and have it even better than this view! :)

This might be a bug similar to the one below https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-6680

It is hard to know without knowing more details about how tickets where estimated, added removed to a version etc. There is a nice guide how to read and understand this type of report https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/view-and-understand-the-release-burndown-report/

Yeah @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- - many destination that I visited too and have great memories was thanks to Atlassian Events... Thank you Atlassian for organizing so many great events and opportunities to meet great people! Sadly COVID reorganized everything, but I hope that (once the last Team was in-person again) that we…

I was many times already in Prague and I think I would vote for that city.. This is the city that have everything with many attractions. You can spend there many days and still have a lot to do and see. Also food is great, beer is great ;) .. I remember there was Atlassian Atlas Camp in 2015 it was also a good time for me…
-
@Walter Buggenhout - Nice to see that you mentioned Krakow. It is indeed a lovely and unique city! :)
-
@Monique vdB - Please share the actual results as probably everyone is already wondering if the 30 000 goal was reached :)

I think that overall this "Cannot convert undefined or null to object" was related to a bug which was fixed in 8.0.3 version (released two days ago - 29.07.2022) https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JIRAAUTOSERVER-502 If someone could not upgrade to this version the workaround is to access Automation for Jira directly from…

Hi @David Arnett Maybe you can use page layouts or columns and put the macro in the center one? https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-layouts-columns-and-sections-275188613.html

Well not sue what DB are you using so there might be different code but in order to see last modification date you can give it a try with something like this: SELECT content.title, content.pageid, content.contenttype, content.lastmoddate, content.spaceid FROM content WHERE(content.lastmoddate) >…

I think you would have to have two separate licenses. Just not sure it this would be optimal since you have to buy a license for 500 users. That is the minimum number for Jira Software Data Center.
-
Hi @Steve Josue Did you tried on a different browser? What is the result? Same? Is this the same behavior for all users?
-
Well.. Customer Satisfaction is build in Jira Service Management and it is working fine. But if you are using Jira Software then I am not aware if this could be possible to gather using JEMH but definitively there are some dedicated plugins like below one that you can use…

Maybe you can start troubleshooting by looking at this KB article and let us know what is the result of each check https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/resolve-database-connection-errors-during-jira-server-startup-872262124.html

Thank you for starting this. We all struggle with new way of work (because of pandemic) which is mostly remote now and having multiple problems e.g easily balance how much time focus on work and personal activities.
-
It should be easily possible with The Scheduler plugin Predefined Values https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/pages/2528690/Predefined+Values+in+Summary+and+Description+Fields
-
Yes, I think that this should be easily possible with Jira Automation https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/expand-jira/automation-use-cases

From a technical point of view validators does not check things in a specific order. Those are just executed when the condition is met. If you need this only to have sorted view you can always remove and add them again in a specific order. It is painful I know.. Especially when having 20+ validators, but at least is…
