Are you using a Desktop or Mobile version of Trello? Can you try also connecting on a different network (e.g hotspot from your mobile)?

I am afraid that if you are not using Atlassian Access, your Trello is not connected yet via SSO however it should work when using Cloud. If this is not working the way I can think of is to use Gravatar that might get automatically uploaded to various sites (including Trello that is supporting it)

Thank you @Jack Brickey . Instead I missed the part that was for individual project. In that case it is hard to change that. It is a global setting. I would suggest to look for any add-ons that could maybe support that or give a different view. I am unfortunately not aware of any.

Yes, as I mentioned it is possible. Jira setting just need to change from Time Tracking (pretty) to (hours) as described in the above documentation and you would get this. See below screenshot: Is this what you are looking for?

The Idea of the downloader is that you get JSON (which contains information about attachments) and you download via the tool from the second link for example (or your own (if you parse URLs) - for me the link is working so not sure what is wrong on your side. Maybe you can try copy paste it or use different browser.
