Hi @Mike , I think you might improve the process of creating the multiple tickets by using build in Automation or other third party plugins that are available on the marketplace (e.g Script Runner) .. You can also use REST API and create a script.. everything depends on how often you would need to do the same task.

Hi @Didem Aksaray There are few options and there is no single way to do the migration. Depends on your environment. I suggest you yo start by reading through this document that heavily describes that topic and get back in case of any specific questions…

Hi @Ben Clarke Mamy people have problems to get use to the new editor. It is a completly new idea and design. There was already few discussions about it. Unfortunately it is not possible to get back to the old editor. We need to use the current one and if something is not working as we expect try to find a workaround or…

Ok. In that case we should probably focus on your specific computer or network To be sure that everything is OK with you account, are you able to do a test on a different computer (but same network) and your current computer but different network? In both situations if possible also check at least two browsers.
-
Sure, are you able to provide the ticket number that you created for reference?
-
Glad that the issue is solved :)

Hi @Stefan Tenberg Hmm.. Yes that is true that 10 users license get community support for technical issues but I think for licensing problems that you are having the best way is to use this form - https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing - There you can paste the SEN number and describe your issue…

Hi @serge calderara , Yes it might be a browser issue. Did you had a chance to check not only private mode but also a completely different browser to see if the behavior is the same?
-
Hi @Khoi Hoang , Did you used draw.io before and worked on something? Have you tried a different browser? Is your colleague using same (your) computer that you are when doing the "test"?
-
Hi @Thomas Mertens Is this happening also on other browsers? Can you check if the behavior is the same?
-
Hi @ahumaidat , By default it runs incremental indexing at the specific interval. To improve scanning and performance you can set up Commit Hooks which trigger the indexing after commit is done - https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/configuring-commit-hooks-960155647.html If you are overall interested in improving…

Hi @Olivia , I think you need to be sure where the problem is .. is it related to the system settings (Ubuntu), network (like home router settings).. or any other thing that is involved in viewing sites (like for example browser) I suggest to start with different browser to check if behavior is the same.. then try to check…

Hi @Shannon , Well it depends on how much information you want to track. If you want to track that maintenance need to happen and do not care about the result you could simply have standard tickets that can be reopened each month/quarter.. This of course should be automated do reopen.. If you have more complex operations…
-
Hi @Martin Carroll , Well, I think the best way to get exact names is to create a ticket with Atlassian Support directly. (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/get-help-and-support-744721659.html). You can also try to check if the Contact Administration Form is enabled and maybe by using it you can initiate contact with…

-
Hi @David Harris , Have you tried a different browser or only Chrome?
-
Hi @Manor Shaked Schlossberg , You can always configure Jira/Confluence and allow Anonymous access. There is no limit on this. You see the access to public by doing that. Of course there are some restrictions but you can read more in below KB articles…

Hi @Miri Maimon I recommend to choose the Long Term Realease versions. So currently there are two 8.5 and 8.13.. 8.13 is however a fresh release (8.13.0) so would recommend to wait until there would be 3 or 4 minor releases (eg. 8.13.3, 8.13.4..) that would fix biggest bugs. In other words if you switch from 7.x you can go…

Hi @Aal Kallaene , Do you execute this change with some user? If so then you need to know that to be able to change the security level you need to be part of a group that would allow him see that level https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-the-security-level-of-an-issue-based-on-group-membership-726565612.html

Hi @Support - Leoj Studio, Are you sure that for all products you are on a FREE plan? To check this can you go to Setting > BIlling > Manage Subscriptions to find out? Overall maybe by mistake you have started a trial of a higher paid plan (Standard, .. etc.). This is also the place where you can find out all the details…

Yes @Turk 10k Users is a specific number of users .. Atlassian was waiting with announcements until Cloud would have no limits in users.. but would a fresh Cloud Enterprise instance handle that or stick to the Server/DC offering.. Overall you made a good decision to start with Atlassian tools. If you continue to use them,…

When Atlassian stops selling Server licenses, some of our six Server credentials will become Data Center Certifications, with no action needed from you. @Julia& @Ben Thoma - This is the most important clarification that many of us was waiting for.. Overall I still do not get this why Server and DC was not simply merged…

Hi @Cameron Deatsch I always give objective feedback looking at positives however few things on this journey to Cloud still worries me and I cannot give opinion is this a good or bad.. I am part of Atlassian ecosystem for many years.. I saw many changes .. some good some bad... But definitively I know that gathering…
