Hi @venkatesh_rajput I guess it is related to the case that since Jira 8.7 HTML is disabled by default due to security reasons https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-70859 I suggest to check that setting and of course if its OFF try to enable it to see if helps. Yes, nice idea! In 2019 in the app it was possible to view everyone that was attending and as I remember contact them. That was a nice feature we could find everyone that we talked to and follow up later. Sadly this is no longer available so definitively something like that should be possible.
