Have you reviewed the troubleshooting page at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Images+and+Thumbnails+Troubleshooting? Also have you by any chance recently upgraded or made any configuration changes that could have affected your JVM?

Have you tried https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/eu.wisoft.gantt-ondemand/cloud/overview?

In addition to the response from @Mike Friedrich you can use a scripting language such as ScriptRunner to set a value based upon the values of other fields. This would still be a post-function step on a workflow. See the examples…

Can you check the definition of your customfield 10051 (Severity) to see if it is restricted to a specific set of values. The normal behaviour for Severity is that it is a select from a list of options. Your request should therefore match one of these predefined options.

At present JIRA Core is not available as a Data Center version - see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-62128 to track when it does become available. Others may have a view on whether a server version of JIRA Core can happily coexist in a Data Center installation of JIRA Software.

The ranking field is used for a global ranking so when an item is moved between projects the ranking is carried across. So if your items have been ranked in each board in isolation then there is the possibility that you will need to reprioritise when an item is transferred between projects. If you frequently move items…

Hi David, Whilst not a perfect solution you could combine a condition related to having the issue assigned/not assigned. So when the issue is first created have it set to an unassigned state. After this first visit I assume that your issues are then assigned to individuals to action. Then any future return to Open where it…

One key point to consider is that many reports are based on the number of story points at the start of a sprint. Any changes made to the number of story points after a sprint has started will not be shown in the report. This includes new items added, items removed or items that are re-estimated. You will however see all…
-
Hi Marc Your Original Estimate is locked down at the point you start your sprint - until that point any changes on scope automatically update the Original Estimate. Once you start the sprint then changes to Estimate are recorded but do not alter the Original Estimate as this was locked down but do impact the scope to be…

And (for the sake of clarity) there can be more than one board per project. For example you may have a Kanban board dealing with incidents and problems whilst having a Scrum board dealing with regular development.

An agile board ID is used to uniquely identify an agile board. As an agile board can be based on a project or a filter there is not a 1:1 correlation between projects and boards. Whilst an individual board can be linked to a single project it could just as easily be linked to multiple projects (or even just part of a…

Have you tried to change the notification template to understand which event is triggering the updates? You should look at the create/ update and generic events as a starting point. If you can stop the automated emails then it is possible to trigger a subscription that only sends every 10(?) minutes to capture all changes…

Can you confirm that the end user has the permission to see the tickets in JIRA as well as login to Confluence.

Hi Joel, When you refer to Customer Access I assume that you want to restrict access to your service desk rather than have it a public service desk. In which case it is possible to use Crowd as your user management tool in just the same way you would use if for access to JIRA. Just need to make sure you set the right…

Hi Prasath Balachandran In order to edit the sprint field you will need to make sure it is visible on the screen associated with the edit action. Once this is done you can then change the single issue or if you have multiple issues with the same problem you can make a bulk edit based upon a filter.

Here is a suggestion for you. If you use JIRA to track your tasks and record a custom field for the location on the site map. You can then use the Agile boards with swimlanes for each location as a quick view of the status of each task. Alternatively if you want a more customisable report you may build filters in JIRA for…

Hi Neeraj Everything you ask is possible (given enough money/time/effort). The Atlassian answer to 1 is of course to use HipChat (other chat integration tools are available...) For 2 you could look at the extension from Zapier at https://zapier.com/zapbook/jira/netsuite/ 3 is where your fun starts as I am not aware of…

Hi When you say "load a project template" I assume you are referring to the project templates that are available within JIRA when you wish to start a new project. If my assumption is correct then you may wish to…

This functionality was added in 7.1.0 See the blog at http://blogs.atlassian.com/2016/02/jira-software-sprint-permissions/ for more details of what is included with this.

For general discussions Atlassian Answers will be your quickest route to answers to any questions. But is dependent on your phrasing the question in a way that can be answered. A typical approach can be to describe a Scenario then state the Requirements and ask for suggestions on how to solve this problem. If you need more…

Hi Greg, You may like to have a look at https://www.atlassian.com/agile for lots of links and pages on how to do Agile on JIRA. When it all gets too much it is worth having some light relief with the videos on Chet Rong - the worlds worst agile…

The message is telling you that you need to share the filter as well as the dashboard for the team to be able to see the details. Look at the filter that the dashboard gadget is based on and set the sharing on there to allow the team to see the results.

Hi Daniela From the Agile menu option select Manage Dashboards and there you can delete, configure and copy any dashboards that you have administrative permissions for. Look for the ... at the end of the row for the available actions. Hope this helps. Phill
