Hi Philip, i think this is inside the Greenhopper plugins jar file. EPIC is an inherent part of the plugin and i bet renaming EPIC to something else will cause more than just trouble. renaming "Create epic" to i.e. "Create engineering card" must happen inside the code itself i assume. maybe somewhere in this area…

hide won't do anything else but hiding. ther can be some additional conditions set. for automatical transitions you need to set up a listener an assign a status condition and the right action id to run preferred changes to the issue

you can edit the filter in the issue-navigator. click the link "View in Issue Navigator" it will bring you there directly. edit the filter and just hit "Save" when you are finished
