Is this a postfunction from Create? i can only guess....but maybe jira won't accept new issues that are already resolved? but if this works for you check the postfunctions from any other transition that moves your issue to another step. you might find some where the resolution will be cleared

exactly. once you update the value and choose to set "en procés" it is not empty no more...and therefor recognized as resolved this will confuse your users as issue-keys might appear striked-out

Yeah thats absolutely correct. There is nothing you can set up to be able choosing an issue security level as anonymous user. But you can define a default issue security level per project which will automatically set any created issues security level. You need to set the default inside the issue permission area

can you paste a screenshot of your smtp configuration? afaik the FROM address can differ from the actual account that is used to login to the Mailserver.
