Hi Rahul, This might be a bug, maybe you should take a look in their issue tracker to see if it has already been fixed in a later release or if it's a new bug : https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TT Best regards, Peter

Hi Rahul, Could it be that Tempo simply disables the shortcut setting in your profile? In your profile you can indicate if you want to use shortcuts or not. Best regards, Peter

And another tip : if you were using SSO through Crowd to sign into your confluence instance you will need to replace the SSOCrowd authenticator in the <confluence-install>/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/seraph-config.xml file with the original one. Otherwise it might not even be possible to sign in using your local admin…

Hi Jan, I think your problems are a bit too complex to solve simply by only using the answers site. A face to face contact would help you a whole deal more. Have you contacted your local expert for help?…

Hi Maarten, You could in your mail handler define a default reporter and deselect the create users checkbox. Now mails send by people who don't have a user account in Jira will be created with this default reporter as the reporter. To bulk deselect application access you can go to the Application Acces Menu underneath the…

Hi Rumi, It seems you are right, I didn't think about the fact the you can use custom fields only in certain contexts and how this would impact your field configuration. So feel free to make the field required :) Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Rumi, This will cause an issue because the field is required even when it's not available on any screen in your project. Best regards, Peter

Hi Ashwin, The timetracking in JIRA isn't really that great for following up on individual people. To make it easier for you I would certainly recommend you to use one of the excellent timesheet plugins like Tempo or 1h. If you can't use these you might be able to find a solution in querying status changes or seeing if you…

Hi Ralf, maybe this can help you out : https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/15275/how-can-i-switch-the-language-from-french-to-english Best regards, Peter

Could it be that in version 4.4.5 the data field was left to a NULL value and in version 5.2.11 the date field is a blank "" value? That might explain the ordering wierdness. You could check this by seeing if the one block of issues was created in your old jira and the other block in your new jira. Or you could check your…

Hi Todor, I've encountered the same problem and I simply recreated the changes I did in the old templates into the new templates. It's actually quiet straigthforward. Especially if you use the information provided by Henning. Best regards, Peter

Hi Nick , This is probably the Compatibility View problem explained here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Compatibility+Mode+related+problems+on+Internet+Explorer Best regards, Peter

For those who are wondering what happened : It's now the default behaviour if any component has a component lead and the default behaviour is to assign it to the component lead than this will override any project wide assignee. Some more information can be found here :…

If you are going Agile why don't you use Greenhopper? Than you can easily visualise these differences with swimlanes, card colors and quick filters.

Hi Seong, You should raise a ticket in https://support.atlassian.comthat's the actual Atlassian support, this is more an Atlassian Community of Users and Experts. But still: did you get an error when trying to install JIRA Agile on your production server? Which error did you get? Did you see anything in the log files about…

Hi Heily, Did you take a look in your Confluence log files? Maybe there is an error message there. It probably comes down to the permissions like you already mention. You could log this as a bug here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF Best regards, Peter

Hi Tyler, You can also take a look at the Structure plugin : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.almworks.jira.structure That can help you to create a structure of tasks. Best regards, Peter

Hi Srinivasan, Mea Culpa, I read your post and made the wrong conclusion. Yes this is the right forum, but maybe if you email Pigsty you'll get a faster response : pigsty@pigsty.com.pl My apologies for closing this question. Best regards, Peter

Hi Srinivasan, This is a community dedicated to Atlassian tools. TFS and Visual Studio are not part of these tools. You'll have to ask your question somewhere else. Good luck on finding an answer. Best regards, Peter

Hi Raphael, An offline backup never hurts but Atlassian keeps complete backups for On Demand. But if you want to be absolutely sure you could simply generate your own offline backup too. Best regards, Peter

Hi Arnaud, You'll need to use the following post function : Update Issue Custom Field Best regards, Peter

Hi James, I'm unable to see the image you've uploaded. Could you try again? Could you list the groups the users are part of? Best regards, Peter

Hi James, Are the users active? Do they have access right to confluence? Best regards, Peter

Hi Johan, In Scrum a Story can only be part of one Epic, it's actually not ment to be used like you do. You could replace your epics with versions, you can add an issue to several versions. The problem with versions is that they are project specific, so you can't use them cross project. Versions are also visible in the…

Hi Duaa, No it does not. Keep in mind that if you want to remove a status from a workflow you will need to deactive the workflow first. Best regards, Peter

Hi Akira, the only way to do it is like this: * Install a server instance locally and import your biggest JIRA Cloud instance into it. * Import the projects from your other JIRA Cloud instance one by one into the local server instance (keeping in mind that all schemes, fields and so on already need to be available) using…
