Hi @Oi Lam Wong , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you tried setting up Swimlanes using queries as explained in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-swimlanes-938845294.html ? Cheers, Peter

Hi Vikrant, Could it be that those fields don't exist yet in your new Jira? That might cause the problem. Cheers, Peter
-
Hi @Everton Siqueira Have you tried escaping it by replacing the # with %23? That is the URL escape code for #. Cheers, Peter

Hey David, Welcome to the Atlassian Community, that sounds like something terrible! If it's Bitbucket Cloud you could reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they can help recover your code: https://support.atlassian.com Otherwise I would hope that your developers have local copies of your bitbucket repositories and you…

Hi Sajith, Welcome to the community. If this is a confluence instance with a url that says .atlassian.net please reach out to Atlassian support here: https://support.atlassian.com If it's not using .atlassian.net url it means it's not hosted by Atlassian and you'll need to reach out to your own internal IT team. Cheers,…

I love this list, I never would have thought about the emergency blanket :) My bag is packed for both local and international travel, so I also include some basic medication, a travel adapter, and an extra pair of glasses (I once had my glasses break clean in the middle while at the reception desk of a client, I had to…

I see, I don't believe you're able to do this out of the box in any way or form. This question might offer you a solution you could look into (but it's a marketplace app) : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Migrating-individual-pages/qaq-p/1876967 Or maybe you could script something using the…

Great question, but it's difficult to choose so I'm posting 2 concerts :) * Iron Maiden live at Graspop 2013 * Rammstein live at Rock Werchter 2002 Both of them were amazing performances that I thoroughly enjoyed. R.E.M. was also at Rock Werchter 2002 and it was an amazing concert too! I would have loved to attend a…

Hi Roger, You can export and import full Spaces as described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restoring-a-space-152036.html So you could use this to export content from server A to B. But any changes in a space on Server B will be overwritten if you import that space from server A again. I would…

Hey Catherine can you please try {{#issue.comments.reverse}} <b> {{created.format("dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm a 0")}}</b> <i>{{author.displayName}}</i> {{body}} --- {{/}}

Hey Maria, would this answer help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Retrieve-list-of-users-with-two-step-verification-enabled-on/qaq-p/1203248 ? It's a bit of a workaround but it should give you the information you need. Cheers, Peter

This is fun, I've been working remotely for 7 years now and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I've worked from 4 different continents with just a laptop and wifi. The 2 things I enjoy the most working remotely are: * Being able to balance work and life much easier. You can plan your work around your family life, not the…

Hi Rajesh, please reach out to the Atlassian support team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ as this is something they'll have to do for you. Cheers, Peter

So according to this Community Question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Create-custom-field-options-with-jira-server-REST-API/qaq-p/1721469 This is not possible on Server.
-
Do'h my apologies I missed that it was on server. You can ignore the link I gave you.

Hi @박상필 , Welcome to the community, you can find the full documentation for this REST API endpoint in the developer documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-custom-field-options/#api-rest-api-3-field-fieldid-context-contextid-option-move-put Cheers, Peter

Hey Joby, I do believe that is indeed the right format, based on the information available about the JavaDataFormatter found here : https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html I would always recommend you to try an import in a test environment, because so many things can go wrong. Cheers,…

Hi Mike, if they don't have edit access they won't be able to change anything on a Confluence page. But you could take a look at some Marketplace apps that do forms on Confluence: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=Forms Cheers, Peter

Congratulations to everyone, it's great to see so many names I recognise.
-
It looks like those are the names of the request types, so you'll need to look for request type names or something similar. I currently don't have a working project I can quickly check to give you more detailed feedback. Take some time to click through things and you should be able to find it.
-
That looks like the Project settings of a regular project, not a Service Desk project. Are you sure you're looking in the right project?
-
@Sercan Yazici : if you can't see the menu under Project settings > Language support you might not have the right permissions on the project or in your Jira instance. You should also be able to find the different request types under Project settings. Cheers, Peter

I see, you installed just Java, to run Jira you need to install the Java Runtime Environment too (the JRE as they call it). Check this page from Oracle to see how it's done: https://docs.oracle.com/goldengate/1212/gg-winux/GDRAD/java.htm#BGBFJHAB Cheers, Peter

Hi Sercan, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Here is an article that shows you how to translate your customer portal: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/05/translate-your-customer-portal And here is a quick translation from Dutch to English of the types on your screenshot: - Inlog problemen -->…

Hey Sokom, Can you try to change the Java version being used by Jira using this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-change-the-java-version-used-by-jira-765594330.html ? Cheers, Peter
-
I don't know, but you can reinstall it by following this article: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-java-with-apt-on-debian-11 Cheers, Peter
-
Looks like Jira is unable to find your Java installation. Can you check if Java is properly installed under /bin/java ?
