Hi Devendar, take a look at this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211376/jenkins-integration-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview I believe it does what you're looking for. Cheers, Peter

Hey all, I'm Peter, I'm a developer relations and community leader with a passion for helping people in the tech world excel at what they do. I've been part of the old school Atlassian Answers crowd for years but haven't been able to be very active in the last couple of years due to a professional shift to the world…

Hi Catherine, have you tried {{issue.comments.reverse.body}}? That should return the issue's comments but in reverse order. Cheers, Peter

Hi Nitin, There is no standard answer to this. It would depend on how your company set up their Jira Service Management environment. I'm assuming that as long as you can track the request it's fine. You can always change the request type at a later date in case it started of as the wrong type. The most important part is be…

Hey Marina, This is currently impossible in Jira Cloud, check this article for more information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/increase-issue-limit-for-excel-exports-in-jira-cloud-779160811.html Cheers, Peter

I have over a decade of experience with public speaking, and this is my 2 cents: * As an audience member there is little you can do about this. * As an organizer you could step in and ask the audience member to come up to the speaker and continue the discussion after the session so that the session can continue for the…

Hey Bob, you can find the latest docs here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo Cheers, Peter

Thanks for flagging this one @Andy Gladstone , I have no idea what that one didn't show up in my Marketplace search....

Hey Dino, The only app that I could find in the Marketplace that does this is for Confluence, not for Jira. Check it out here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227930/contract-signatures-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview I'm afraid you'll either have to build this yourself or keep you process as is. Cheers,…

Hey Oriol, I wouldn't recommend trying to force one way of working (Notion) onto a completely different toolset. You might be able to pull it off but it would never work as well as you hope. (It would be like using a hammer to put a screw in the wall). I would recommend you to take a look at the Atlassian University…

I love these tips, thanks for sharing them @Meg Bailey ! I especially liked the very simple one about using a header image, I would never have thought it could have such an impact.

I love the idea, I'm a bit sad to see it's only for institutions in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Students from my old uni (https://www.ugent.be/) won't be able to participate in this program right now. Will this change in the future?

Hey Eunju, you need to be a Space Admin to set Space permissions. At first glance it looks like you might not have the Space Admin role for this space. See here for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/ Cheers, Peter

Hey Daniel, according to the SourceTree documentation you should be able to find out the embedded git version on the git settings page. Take a look at this article for some screenshots: https://confluence.atlassian.com/sourcetreekb/using-embedded-git-or-system-git-in-sourcetree-785323587.html Cheers, Peter

Hey Scott, Would this page have the answer: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/merging-workspaces/ ? There should be a pencil icon at the top of the Workspace settings page. That's where you should be able to update your Workspace name. Cheers, Peter

Thank you for inviting me in @Monique vdB this looks amazing! And it brings back memories of Karma King T-shirts, Atlassian Answers backpacks and jackets :) I still have the t-shirt and the jacket :) my backpack unfortunately perished after too many travels and too many Atlassian events :)

Hey George, In that case you'll need to use Token Auth using a Personal Access Token, as explained here: https://jira.readthedocs.io/examples.html#token-auth and here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/using-personal-access-tokens-1026032365.html Cheers, Peter
-
Hey George, your problem is with using basic_auth, that is no longer supported by Jira Cloud. You can read about it in the docs of the python project you're using: https://jira.readthedocs.io/examples.html#authentication You'll need to use an api_token instead of your password. You can generate a token in your Atlassian…

Does your confluence user have the rights in Jira to see the filter, has the filter been shared with this user?
-
Epics are also not part of a dedicated sprint in JIRA Agile. So you can have Epics across boards without having Sprints across boards.
-
Hi Michal, If no more issues assigned to that team are in the Sprint it should automatically disappear from the board. JIRA Agile boards only show sprints that contain issues that are part of the boards filter, so if the sprint no longer contains any issues from this filter it will no longer be shown on the board. Best…
-
Hi Michal, It seems that those teams are both using the same sprint, this probably happened because in your main board (with all teams ) you've created that sprint and added tasks for both teams to that sprint instead of only tasks for one team. You could create another sprint and move all the tasks from one team into this…
-
Hi Dakotah, The fundamental difference is the Team aspect. In a Team Space there is also a great focus on your team and how to manage it. In The knowledge base there is only focus on presenting, searching and creating knowledge. Ofcourse nothing prevents you from creating a Team Space and also use the page templates from a…

Hi Christopher, Thart's wierd, the documentation says you should look at the Fix Version Field : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/Planning+a+Version I'll check it later on my own Jira instance. Best regards, Pete
-
Hi Christopher, If I'm correct JIRA Agile uses the Fix Versions field for it's versions. This is a standard JIRA field so you should find this without problems in JQL. Best Regards, Peter
-
Do you have the Manage Watchers permission in this project? And do you have the global browse user permission? Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Rahul, You need to select the checkbox to tell JIRA to not show you the pop-up anymore, it's at the bottom of the pop-up. Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Warren, I don't think I can help you out with writing a custom listener. I don't have any experience with it, but you should be able to find plenty of examples on the scriptrunners wiki. And Jamie the developer) is very active on Answers. Best regards, Peter
-
Hi Warren, First of, why don't you simply give those people the assign issue rights? And train them in always selecting the project lead. Another option might be to do something with the scriptrunner plugin (you can probably write your own listener to listen to the Move Issue event and autoassign the issue to the project…

you ask the nice people at sales@atlassian.com I don't know of any other way. Best regards, Peter
