Hi @Fomat Dominique Bienvenue à la communauté :) You can find getting started guides and documentation for each Atlassian product on the different product pages. For example, here is the Jira Software one: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides And here is the Confluence…

Hey @Rajesh Vr , Just asking for the full code isn't really going to help you learn and expand your Python and Confluence knowledge. It's not how we do things in the community. We focus on supporting people with their learning efforts. So take a look at these links for inspiration on how to potentially solve your problem:…

Ok, So basically pg is your body content in json format then already. Can you try using the json python library like explained here: https://www.w3schools.com/python/python_json.asp To turn this string into a dictionary? Cheers, Peter
-
Hi @Rajesh Vr Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Can you please try pg_content = pg.body instead of pg_content = pg['body'] Cheers, Peter

I was truly boring, the only trend I followed was wearing funny t-shirts like this one: Edit: I still wear funny t-shirts, but now they're Atlassian t-shirts 😁

Hi @SWR Recv , take a look at this community questions and the accepted answers: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Export-and-Import-of-project/qaq-p/1930965 I hope these help. Cheers, Peter
-
Hey Patrick, Did you try the steps mentioned in this Jira ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-279 ? Those might help. Cheers, Peter
-
Hi @Patrick J Bonk , you'll have to clean up your project before you migrate, you can't just select which issues to migrate during the migration. It's an all or nothing type of operation. So I would suggest you run a JQL query for all issues older than 5 years and use bulk action to delete them in bulk. Cheers, Peter

Check your Jira log files, it might be that something is throwing an error. If it's not the permissions scheme it will be difficult to figure it out. Does this also happen in other project with other workflows?
-
Hi @Ganesh Satav , Welcome to the Atlassian community. It sounds like a permission issue. Take a look at the solutions presented in this community question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Unable-to-see-quot-View-Workflow-quot-option-in-JIRA-tickets/qaq-p/1969513 I hope that helps. Cheers Peter
-
Do you have the right permissions in the project you're trying to move issues into?
-
I grew up in 2 different houses in the same city here in Belgium. Both had a garden for myself and my brother to play/do mischief in. In the first one I shared a room with my brother, in the second one I got my own room which was awesome :) My parents still live in this house and my room is now a hobby room for my mom.
-
Still sounds like a permission problem. Have you tried to use the Permission Helper like mentioned here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-do-I-access-the-Permission-Helper/qaq-p/762904 ?
-
Hi @Jill Woods , this is probably due to you not having the Move issue permission in one of the permission schemes associated to this project. This sounds similar like the problem this community member had: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Grant-permission-to-move-issues/qaq-p/1037767 Cheers, Peter

Hi Diana, WAS goes back in the history of the field and looks if it ever had that specific value (in this case the field is Status and the value is TODO). It's true power is in the WAS NOT and WAS NOT IN variants CHANGED only looks if a field changed. The way you're using them does indeed give the same result but WAS is…

Hey @Daniel Eads Great question! I have experience with both creating and participating in these types of programs. I've ran the Atlassian Allstars program (which I know you took part in all those years ago :) ) and I've also have helped set up the MongoDB Champions program. I find that often people get started with these…

Hi @Mirek , It's always good to see a familiar name. I'm pretty sure I have a lot of really old Atlassian swag lying around that would now be considered a relic :) That's what happens when you've been a fan for such a long time. It feels good to be back :)

That's awesome @Seema Seehra ! Here are the ones I know: * ugent.be * kuleuven.be * odisee.be * howest.be * uantwerpen.be * vub.be * uliege.be * uclouvain.be Thank you!

Hi @Mohammad Hilal , Welcome to the Atlassian Community, You'll need to reach out to Atlassian Support to do this: https://support.atlassian.com Cheers, Peter

Hey James, Welcome to the Atlassian community. Trello has a separate language setting, check out the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-your-language-in-trello/ I hope that helps to set it to English. Cheers, Peter

Hi Philip, What browser are you using? Is this behaviour happening in every browser? It could be that you'll need to update your browser. Or maybe you accidentally zoomed in? Can you try CTRL+0 (windows) or CMD+0 (Mac) to see if that changes anything? It could also be due to a browser plugin or trello extension, like in…

Hi Erin, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Sounds like you have a similar problem as the people in this question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Automatically-adding-an-Organization-or-Request-Participants-to/qaq-p/1106458 Check out the answers there, I hope they help you out. Cheers, Peter

Hi @Jimmy Seddon , I can do Friday, October 28th if that's ok. Cheers, Peter

Thanks Chris, It's good to be back :)
-
Hi Lena, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To me it sounds like the easiest way to clear up this confusion is by renaming your Status of Done (completed) to Completed or Closed. Cheers, Peter

My favourite were and still are Napoleon Bonbons.

Do you know which app is responsible for the a_text fields? Maybe you can remove the plugin and do a new export?
-
You'll need to remove that line completely. So not just the tag name but the tags including everything in between those tags. So in this example you need to remove <q_text><![CDATA[Attach document is for GC .]]></q_text>
-
No, if it's a completely empty instance those fields should be created automatically. I would try and remove those tags manually from your xml backup and see what that gives. These kind of problems are often solved through trial and error.
