Hi @Amy Waggener , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Unfortunately I don't think we're the right people to help you with this problem. If it's Atlassian related I would ask them directly through https://support.atlassian.com Otherwise I would check with your coworkers on how to make this necessary change. Cheers, Peter

Hi @Boobalan M , Welcome to the Atlassian community. Might it be that you're running into the same issue as this user: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Can-t-see-subtasks-in-active-sprint-board/qaq-p/2218355 If not I would recommend checking your filter to see if it's not excluding your subtasks.…

Hi @Annabelle HUC , Like @Lara mentioned in the answer to your similar question here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Int%C3%A9gration-de-slack-sur-le-tableau/qaq-p/2339708 there is no current integration that does this. Either you could try and build your own like @Frederik Vantroys suggests. Or you…

That's a fun question, when I was younger I always wondered why English language people used to call 2 slices of bread with something in between a sandwich. Given that this is what we call a sandwich here in Flanders: Luckily I finally figured it out when I grew older :) My 2 favorite sandwiches growing up was either…

Hi @Sri Sandhya , Take a look at the documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-filters/#api-rest-api-3-filter-id-owner-put That should do what you need. Keep in mind that you either need to be the owner of the filter or have Jira admin rights for you to be able to change the…

Hi @Gohil Jay , Unfortunately you can't as mentioned in this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-6008 I would recommend using a hyphen - instead of a . . So like this: "ab-xyz" . Cheers, Peter

Hi @tonymanu , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. It sounds to me like you might have a browser issue that's preventing you from logging in to Bitbucket. Probably one of your browser add-ons is causing this issue. I would suggest turning all of your add-ons off for a minute and try again to see if that solves the problem.…

Love it, simple but fun. Well Done.

Hi @CHEN TZEN KOK Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Could it be that you're ssh keys on your machine have been moved, deleted, or had their permission changed? Looking at the error messages it seems that your git is not able to find any of your public ssh keys on your local machine. Cheers, Peter

Hi @HoYoung , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I just tried to replicate this and I run into the same problem. It looks like a bug to me, given that it's a CSS error you're getting that is not even connected to the colors you're trying to change. I would suggest reaching out to https://support.atlassian.com and raise a…

That's an awesome association and a very true observation @Andy Gladstone Thanks to different online communities I'm part of I now know people around the globe. Which is utterly crazy if you think about it for more than a few seconds :) The Ronde Van Vlaanderen used to pass by my house (not this years but the previous…

I love this, we did something similar with the MongoDB Community 2 years ago.

Hi @Sundar sarma , Seems like you're using the old deprecated Confluence REST API. I would recommend you to use the following endpoint: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-attachment/#api-pages-id-attachments-get But you can't sort by name, only by different relevant dates. I hope this helps.…

So I just tested this with a custom date field on an issue create screen. I could select a date before 1942 just fine (for example 1/1/1921), but as soon as I refreshed the page it changed to 1/1/2021. So this has nothing to do with the API or even the date picker but everything with a limitation to how Jira stores dates…

Thanks for the suggestion @Dan Breyen ! And glad I could help @Charly _DEISER_ :)

Thanks @Jimmy Seddon , let's make sure we catch up at Team :) I'm always happy to chat with a fellow Community Leader.

Hi @Nacho Cortes , Quick question: Do you have access to every page in your confluence instance? It might be that some labels are being used on pages that you don't have access to. Have you tried this with a label that you're absolutely sure of that it's being used on a page you have access to? Cheers, Peter

Hi @Julia Meijering , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Welkom Julia, kan je een beetje meer informatie geven? Wil je in een comment op een kaart in Trello iemand taggen? Meestal kan je dit doen met een simpele @ mention. Hier kan je daar de documentatie over vinden:…

Interesting topic you've chosen here @John Funk . It relates nicely with my community article here: How I stopped worrying and Love the Silence. All this depends on a number of things in my opinion: * Company culture: You can't be the only one not taking messages after hours , this needs to be a part of your company…

Love the topic. I've always been of the conviction that failures don't exists, they are lessons we haven't learned yet. I've learned many lessons over the years. One that I still remember very well is when I accidentally deleted a production database of a big Jira instance. Luckily there were backups. It taught me to…

For me it's just my internet connection, although I do love my Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions but I can do without them if needed. I don't think I could live without an internet connection anymore.

@Kevin Thibeault I have "Extreme Ownership" and really like it. I haven't read "Dichotomy of Leadership" yet, thanks for the recommendation. Thanks for the podcast recommendation @Daniel Eads ! Thanks for recommending "Team of Teams" @Anne Saunders , I'll put it on my list! I've heard good thinks about "Crucial…

Hi @Gabi Davar , First off: welcome to the Atlassian Community. If I read the guide correctly this command: ssh-add ~/{ssh-key-name} Actually creates the different files under ~/.ssh/ As explained here: https://linux.die.net/man/1/ssh-add And that's why that command works as far as I know. If you feel there is still an…

Hi Melissa, The documentation states that you can still access the tickets within the projects, just not edit them. But you'll need the direct links. One other option is to remove all your customers from the project, as explained here:…

Hi @Melissa Cross , Would archiving the projects be an option for you: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/archive-and-restore-a-project/ ? Cheers, Peter

Hi @Super User , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I've just tried it myself and I couldn't find a way to do it without doing the cut/paste unfortunately. Cheers, Peter

For me it's either something practical I can use in my daily work, or something cute I can give to my kids :) And we're also looking for inspiration so I'm interested to see where this leads :)
