Hi @Coco S Chaussée , you can't query a project's name with a prefix. Never heard of something like this. You can create a project category ABC and add all your ABC-Projects to that category. Then you can query "category = ABC".
-
Hi @Jens Becker , I think with plain Confluence, this is not possible. You can achieve something similar with the Scaffolding App from Servicerocket. This formular framework has a "Live Template" macro - you create a template using form elements and add new pages using the live template - macro. If you change the template,…

I see, maybe this is it: status changed to "Awaiting Support" during ("-30d", now()) and !(status changed to "Awaiting Support" before "-30d") Result should be all the issues which were moved to awaiting support in the last 30 days and which were never in this status before.
-
Hi @Vikram Rao Jira does not count the number of times an issues reaches a status. So, if you want the exact number, you could add a costum field of type number and every time an issue reaches "Awaiting Support" again count one up. You can get an approximate value if you query like this: status = "Awaiting Support" and…

Hi @Diane G , thank you for sharing the solution - but please be aware of the potential security risk you take by enabling the html macro. A user can enter any html with this macro, maybe harmless, maybe not. I would always put such a script into a user macro and publish this user macro instead of the html macro.

Even with width and height it is working fine: !https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2019/07/13/15/10/green-4335008_960_720.jpg|width=240,height=70,align=right!

Hi @[deleted] , this works for me - the image is aligned on the right side: !https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2019/07/13/15/10/green-4335008_960_720.jpg|align=right! (just an example)

Hi @Saira , I think, there's no Jira trial on the cloud platform for more than a week. If you need more time, you have to buy the smallest plan for up to 10 users for 10 Dollars. Or you host Jira on your own server, there you can get a trial period of 30 days - but you have to install the whole application on your own.

You're welcome, Martin
-
Hi @Martin_Nitschke you have to put the content of your blog posts into an "Excerpt" macro.

Hi @Externer-User , this might be your problem: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49765906/is-is-possible-to-open-a-local-windows-explorer-folder-from-microsoft-edge-throu

Hi Rutger, you have to change your board settings. Edit the card layout for the active sprints and add some more fields, e.g. description. These fields will be on the printed cards then.
-
Have you seen the troubleshooting section here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/working-with-boards-800712866.html Maybe this is your problem
-
You're welcome, Anna
-
Hi @[deleted] , look at the board settings and there at the card layout. There you can define, which fields will be displayed.
-
Hi @charles schmitt , look at your board configuration - is the new status (the one after the transition) assigned to a colum? Maybe your board is based on a filter which is filtering out the issue?
-
Hi @Rochelle Levy , do you have the error while previewing the template or previewing a new page based on the template?
-
Hi @Thomas Capacci , you can make a space readable for anonymous users. Then this space behaves just like a public webpage without any authorization. But you can only enable this permission for a whole space, not for single pages within the space.

This should be possible with Scriptrunner and a little bit of scripting. You can use the "Fast Track transition" function for that: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.2.2/jira/builtin-scripts.html#_fast_track_transition_an_issue In the event listener ("Issue Updated"), check, if the sprint field of the issue changed and…
-
Hi @Saira , could you please explain your question a bit more? I'm not sure what your question is about, to be honest.
-
Hi @Sebastiaan Raap , I think with plain Jira, this is not possible. You can do something like that with workflow apps like Jira Workflow Toolbox, Jira Suite Utilities or Jira Misc Workflow Extensions. With these apps you can create a linked issue automatically with a workflow function and transition linked issues…

OK, you didn't mention that in your first post before editing it. I'm not experienced in using the Jira programming interface, I'm sorry.
-
Hi @Vijay Reddy , the JQL would be project = DI and summary ~ "TESTEU Sales"
-
Hi @Nipun Sharma , it depends on how you defined your boards. If your three boards are based on three different projects, then you have to move the issue to the other project, the one the board is based on. If your boards are based on a custom JQL, you have to change your issue so that it fits the JQL of the other board.
-
Hi @Natalia Lezhai , it's still there and looks like this: Are you sure you created a user picker custom field?
-
Hi @Christopher Bonzol , this sounds like a Confiforms-form. This is an app for creating pages with input-forms and "do anything with the data"-functionality - anything is e.g. adding the data to a table on the same or another Confluence page). You can find the app here:…
-
That looks good, thank you. Do you get any emails from your Jira? Maybe your email-address is misconfigured. Are you creating the issues by yourself? Then a reason might be that you do not get notified on your own actions (that's the default behaviour).
-
Does anybody else get any notification at all? Could you please post a screenshot of the notification scheme?
-
Hi @Mariam Chtchyan , look at the notification scheme of your project. There you should see, who will be notified when there's a new issue. Here you can read more about notifications: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-notification-scheme-938847330.html…

You're welcome, @Dave Rook - great that you found the problem!
