Hi @Georgia Demopoulou , you have to ask the colleague to give you the permission to view his space. I think you should also talk to your Confluence Administrator. As you are missing many other spaces too, it may be that you are not member of groups which are used for the permission.

Hi @Adam , with plain Confluence, this is not possible. There's an app we are using for this: Visibility for Confluence - but there might be also others. This app has a macro "show-if" or "hide-from" where you can set, who can see the content of the macro body, e.g. your create-from-template-makro.

The Confluence Admin creates groups and adds users to the groups. That's what you have done with the "Team" group. A space admin uses this group in the space administration page and grants permissions to the group.

Hi @Roja Gurram , space Admins can't add users to groups, they can only add groups or users to their space. So to your question, the Confluence Admin has to do this. This is also important, because the group confluence-users is important for the license count.

Yes, especially as a non-native-speaker, this ability is great. But nevertheless, I prefer the live experience. Some speakers are quite hard to understand due to technical problems while recording the sessions.

Well, my Bizzarro World Name has to be given to me by someone else. Give it to me! A nemesis name of mine is clearly "Tobias" - quite a few people call me accidentally Tobias now and then.
