@Madan Kumar Purilla - You can't modify the source code. Jira is not open source software. And even if you had the source code, I would never never change something like this.

Hi @Madan Kumar Purilla, you can't change this in Jira. If you want to get a list of all issues created on a specific day, you can query them like this: "created >= "2018-09-27" and created < "2018-09-28"

Hi @Jose Gea, you can transition an issue in another project if the issues are linked to each other. But you need some workflow-apps for this. With plain Jira, this is not possible. I know that you can do this with Jira Suite Utilities and Jira Misc Workflow Extensions, but there might also be other apps.

Hi @Markus, you have to add a postfunction "Update Issue Field" to your workflow transition which re-opens the issue. Within this postfunction you should clear the resolution field.
