You're welcome, @A Red

Yes, of course. I can recommend three of them (these are the ones we are using, others might be great also, but I don't use them, so I can't recommend them) Jira Suite Utilities * Create a linked issue in another project, copy fields Jira Misc Workflow Extensions * Create / Clone Issue, set Fields and link these two issues…

Hi @A Red, not with plain Jira. If you have any workflow app which provides you with the ability to clone your issue to another project, link them automatically and trigger a workflow transition on a linked issue, it is possible. Do you have any additional workflow apps?

Hi @serc, have you read this page already: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/advanced-pdf-export-customizations-198806890.html

That's a great sky, @Marc Dvorschak - many greetings ins Ländle! I grew up in Freiburg.

Hi @Robert Duffer, here's a bit of documentation: https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/TRAC/Macro+Reference But let me explain a little bit, how this is working: Once installed, the tracking app counts all page views (except the ones from the last author of the page). To get the number of page view, you have to put the…

OK, that's why you can't use the regular support channel. I'll point Atlassian people to your question. One of them will step in.
-
Please don't post external links here. Add screenshots with the camera icon. I usually do not click on such external links.
-
The form should lead you to the support in the end (after answering the questions). Did you buy a starter license?
-
Please contact Atlassian Support directly. This is a user community, most of us are just users like you.

Hi @Morten Birch, for this, you need to create a new group: all users which should have access to all spaces. Then you have to replace the default group in your space permissions with the new one. Then, create a new group with the users which have access to only one space and grant permissions to the one space. In short:…

Hi Robert, we use the tracking-app by ServiceRocket. It works well and is for free. But it's only counting hits from the moment on, when it was installed.
-
Hi @Emma Dallow, you set the transition screen in your transition: If you don't need a screen for your transition, select "None" there.
-
Hi @Reiner Wahl, we use the app "Better Blogs for Confluence" for that. It enables you to add watchers to a blog. With Confluence out of the box, this is not possible, as far as I know.

@miikhy - check

Hi @Imre Kovács, please read this article about issue-level-security: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-issue-level-security-938847117.html I think that's what you're looking for.
-
Hi, maybe your problem is the strange matching rule id described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/desktop/ADSI/search-filter-syntax We have to query like this: (memberof:1.2.840.113556.1.4.1941:=CN=xxx,OU=xxx,OU=xxx,OU=xxx,DC=xx,DC=xx,DC=xx))"

Hi @Nhac Tat Nguyen, my apologies for that. Our spam detection is sometimes a little bit too strict. We're looking regularly at the spam quarantine, but since most of us are just users like you, it can take some time sometimes. I think, your question was caught because of the code. I released your latest one from spam…

You can create next-gen projects with Kanban or Scrum boards. There's no dedicated agility board anymore, as far as I know. The agility options were added to the Kanban and Scrum board in the next-gen projects.
-
Hi @Thomas Hodges, if you are able to query the date with regular JQL, you can save the query and create a subscription for it.

They have access to the pages. If you create a space and a page like this: * the admin has no permission for the space * the page is restricted to anyone else but not the admin then: * the admin can watch the page if he knows the exact url * the admin can see the space and therefore see the page names * he can't find the…
-
Hi @Patrick Heck, There was a renaming from agility to next-gen projects. So, if you want to create a Next-Gen Project, you have to use "Try a next-gen project" in the Create Project - dialog: And then create an "Open Project" in the next step.
-
Hi Rajesh, you can't hide anything from a Confluence administrator. Even if you restrict the pages, your admin will be able to break any lock if he wants to. You have to trust your admins.
-
Hi @Muftia Oktavialih, you can't make just the Blogs public. There's only one view permission for everything. You could restrict your pages for viewing, but I wouldn't to that. I would create a new space only for your blog. Make this new space viewable for anonymous users and remove the anonymous permissions from your…

Thank you so much and congratulations to all the others!

Hi @Zeus Alive, please contact the Atlassian Sales Team here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact They can help you with your question.
-
@Taranjeet Singh - you have to join one of these groups: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Groups/ct-p/groups and then you can post in this group

Hi @Steve Darlington, you can hide the Metadata of a page (including the creator's name) completely with the free app "Hide Elements". It is only available for Confluence server, so I don't know, if you can use the app. We use this app for creating the main page of a space. We hide the metadata, the title and the…

There were so many great posts last year, but the first post which came to my mind was @Community Manager' very personal post about Politics and the desire for community - the post itself and all the empathetic comments are proving once more, that our community is a very special precious one. This year, we will start with…
