Hi @Raju , you can do something like this, if you have the Table Filter and Charts app for Confluence. Then you can query with a jira macro like this: sprint = "your-sprint-name" and add the column "Story Points" to the macro: After that, put that macro into a pivot-table macro: And configure the pivot macro like this:…

I can't guide you, because I've never seen anything like this. You could give feedback to Atlassian via the "Give Feedback" - Button, but I don't know, how I should help you further. What you want to achieve is (in my opinion and as far as I know) not possible. I think @Jack Brickey and I we tried to guide and explain here…

Jira's term for "No resolution" is "unresolved" - unless you set any other resolution, the resolution will display "Unresolved"
-
Hi @Prasanna Malode , I think you have to give us more information about your problem. I don't understand your question.
-
I think @Mike Rathwell is right. You should set the resolution farther up in the list of the post-functions. That might be the problem. The resolution is written after the status changed to done. I think, this won't work.
-
Hi @maryna.antonova , did you create a custom field called "Resolution"?
-
Hi @Paul Margetts , by default, issues in the closed status can't be edited anymore unless they are re-opened. That's why you can't bulk-change them. There's a workaround described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-do-i-edit-closed-issues-779160787.html
-
Hi @Daniël Kroon , you can create other resolutions on your own and change the workflow of your projects, so that the user is able to select a resolution by herself / himself. For defining resolutions, look here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-statuses-resolutions-and-priorities-776636333.html…
-
Hi @Gurram Vijay Kumar you should read the following documents carefully: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/upgrading-jira-applications-964983182.html
-
You're welcome, @Federica Viani And please accept the answer, if you think, your question is answered. Other users with a similar question can find anwers easier, if they are accepted. Thank you.
-
Hi @Federica Viani a simple workaround is: add a new row to your table and merge two cells. This will disable the table-sort-function for the user.
-
@Mike Mullins No, Confluence needs to know the user since it must send an email to her/ him.
-
Hi @Pawel Kuba , you have to be Board Administrator for configuring a board. Open the board configuration and add the user as board administrator there.
-
Hi @Pallavi Satpute , it is not for free. But without an addon like Scriptrunner I think you can't query anything like this.
-
Hi @Andreas Georgiou , the direct URL for Confluence Server is https://<your-server>/admin/users/browsegroups.action or on Cloud:
-
I think you can't change this behaviour, I'm sorry
-
Just click on the issue key in the sidebar dialog - then you will see the full dialog.
-
Hi @Jeffrey Jaye , usually, the start of week is determined by the user's language settings, but if you want to override it, you can change this setting in your server installation here: https://<your-confluence>/admin/calendar/globalsettings.action On Cloud, you can't override these settings.
-
Then, it's clear. What you see on your view is not the system field but your own custom field. That's why you see "None" except of Unresolved. You should delete your own custom resolution field to get back the system field.
-
Sadia, we discussed your problem internally, but we don't have a clear solution yet for you. Just more requests and questions, I'm sorry. * Could it be, that you created a custom field which is called "Resolution"? * Could you please move the issue NMI-3 to "Done" - post a screenshot of the resolution field and then move…
-
Could you please post a screenshot of your resolutions definitions? You can find them here: https://<your-url>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewResolutions.jspa Just to make sure, there's no "None" defined in your configuration.
-
If you don't set a resolution, the field is showing "Unresolved" - I have just tested this in my cloud testing environment. Did you create a value "None" for the resolution field by yourself?
-
https://<your-jira-url>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
-
Hi @Lucia Lara try this: assignee = currentUser() AND updated > endOfMonth(-1M) and resolution is not empty
-
it works only when you have Scriptrunner. With plain Jira, I think this is not possible.
-
You're welcome, @Frank Howald This app is available for cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214791/jql-search-extensions-for-jira-reports?hosting=cloud&tab=overview But I can't say anything about the app, we don't use it.
-
@Sadia Aslam thank you for the new screenshots. This makes clear that you are using the "New Issue View" in Jira - this view indeed is showing the resolution only, if it is set. Then it looks like this: As far as I know, you can change this behaviour only by switching off the new issue view in your personal settings.
-
Hi @Nana Sahakyan , do you have the scriptrunner app? Then you can query like this: issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("resolution is not empty")
-
@Sadia Aslam , this is the default behaviour. The resolution field is always visible and unless you change it, it will show the value "Unresolved". You don't have to do anything. Your screenshots are showing the default behaviour, exactly what you're describing. So if these screenshots do not show your problem, could you…
-
Hi @Frank Howald , your question is answered here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Search-Attachment-Name/qaq-p/841145 But I'm sorry to tell you that you need an app for this purpose.
