Hi Aaron, we have an Atlassian company user group with monthly one-hour-meetings. I'm managing these meetings, as well as the Atlassian Community Hamburg. The dates and topics for the company community meetings are published four to six months ahead on a Confluence page, so the dates and the topics are clear quite early.…

You're welcome, @David W

Hi @David W , look at the Releases tab in your project: There you can manage your versions, e.g. you can archive older versions. Archived versions are not included in your drop-downs. Versions can also have an unreleased or released status. If you release versions, they are separated from the unreleased versions in the…

Yes, that's true, "In QA" is not available anymore, because it's not part of the workflow anymore. The number "0" means, that there are no issues of this type currently impacted by the workflow change.
-
Hi @David W ,the small number right beneath the issuetype ("Bug" in your screenshot) shows the number of issues of this type in your project. If this value is "0" you can ignore the change. The status will be changed from "In QA" to "In Progress" for 0 issues, so you don't have to set anything. Only if the number is > 0,…

Of course I would play the board game "Zombicide" with them: Kill them with my sword: Or run like hell...

Thank you @Rick van Twillert _TMC_ - great improvement!

Hmm, don‘t know if this is a trait in the way you are looking for, but I almost always wear hats or caps. I don‘t wear any in the office and not at home, but almost anywhere else. I have two pork pie hats, more than eight flap hats and dozens of baseball caps and I love every single one of them.

Don’t know if it’s copyrighted, that’s why I added the link

You’re welcome, @Saeed Hessami

I’ve been today on the streets of Hamburg with more than 70.000 people demonstrating for a better future. In Germany, 1.4 million people demonstrated. I’m thankful that there are so many people taking care of our world and I hope that mankind is capable of learning. Here you can see a picture of Hamburg today:…

Hi @Saeed Hessami , on Cloud, it should be exactly the same. I just tried it and it looks like this: * Edit the page * Select the image * and then you should see the buttons

Hi @Wei Heng , is this just about Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server as well?
-
Well, it is always a good idea to have a backup. Changing the workflow scheme will look at every single issue in your project, assign the workflow to every single issue and replaces the status which do not exist anymore with the new ones (you have to define the replacement rules while changing the scheme). We never had a…
-
Hi @Eugene Kovalchuk , yes, of course. Just replace an existing workflow in an existing scheme with a new one by assigning it to an issue type.

Oh, I'm sorry. I used it for such a long time, so I forgot that this is part of the Jira Suite Utilities: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/5048/jsu-automation-suite-for-jira-workflows?hosting=server&tab=overview

Hi @Robin Weiß , this is regular Jira functionality. Just look at the activity section:

Hi @Simon Nimführ , as an administrator of Confluence, you can create user macros on your own (not for cloud instances, only for server). I described creating user macros in an article some time ago: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/The-Admin-s-tale-User-Macro-filtering-a-Confluence-table/ba-p/459369…

Maybe the space is archived?
-
Hi @KRISHNA KUMAR SREEKANTI , new spaces and pages are automatically indexed. You shouldn't have to do anything to find them with the Confluence search. If you don't find pages from your new space, maybe you don't have the permission to view them?
-
Hi @Rose Ahearne , I'm not a Bitbucket expert, so I can't say anything except that you should raise your feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Thank you for mentioning one of my articles, @Bridget I would love to write more articles, but I have so little time - this year is really exhausting, in every way. But the Admin will be back - sooner or later, promised :-)
-
Hi @Rob Spencer , no, I never heard of anything like this. In Kanban, columns represent one or more status, nothing else. Maybe you can use Swimlanes with custom JQL for your sprints.
-
You're welcome, Maik
-
Hi @Nitesh Tailor , you can query re-opened issues like this: status changed from <done> to <open> Please change the status names to your own status names Save the query as a filter and use it in your reports.
-
I think, the only place where you were able to see flags before the new view came out was the board itself.
-
@Samir , how did you grant the space permissions? In the space administration? I think, you have set page restrictions instead of the space permission, you mentioned you granted access to specific pages and that's not possible. You can only restrict pages. Check the space permissions in the space admin screens.
-
Hi @Lacra Antonescu , I think, your Kanban board is based only on Project01. That's why filtering on project02 results in an empty list. An issue can't belong to project01 and project 02. If you want to see issues from project 1 and project 2, you have to change the main filter for your board in the board settings.
