Hi @Maira Moura, you can reopen a sprint in the sprint report:
-
Hi @Andrei Dumitru, you can set this behaviour in your project settings under "Details": Change this setting to "Unassigned" If this is not working, then there might be an assignment to the project lead in your workflow. Check the Create-Transition and their postfunctions.

You‘re welcome, @Kumar
-
Hi @Kumar, you mention the scriptrunner app, so I think, you can use it in your instance. Then do something like this: Create your transition and add a Script Condition as a workflow condition: Use "Allows the transition if this query matches a JQL query" with the following query project = <your-project-key> and priority…

Hi @William Yeack, the easiest way is using the Confluence Source Editor and then do something like this: * create a temporary page and put the cheese macro on that page * save the page, edit it again and open the source editor * there you can see that the cheese macro looks like this: * <ac:structured-macro…

You're welcome, @kerensho

Could you please explain your question a little bit more?

Hi @Jim, you can contact Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Moin Matthias, so bad that Stuttgart is too far away from Hamburg for a boardgame night. Yes, there are quite a few people here playing boardgames. After US-Summit 2017, I met @Monique vdB and her friends, we played "Terraforming Mars". In Barcelona I had "Sagrada" with me, but found no time to play. Where else if not in…

Hi @Mathiasbaek, I released your post from the spam quarantine. To be honest, I can't find a reason, why the engine treated your post as spam. We look regularly at the caught posts, but since we are just users like you, it could take some time, I'm sorry for that.

Hi @lpopek, Chrome developer tools say: font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.42857142857143;

I would be very very careful, changing such things in the Jira database directly, this could result in big problems.
-
Hi @Cathy, changing the type of a custom field is not possible. There is a closed issue for that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-19312 There's a workaround described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/changing-custom-field-types-in-jira-158357.html or if you have Scriptrunner:…
-
Hi @Ann Rumney, you need "Schedule Issues" and "Edit Issues" permissions for adding an issue to a sprint: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/permissions-overview-939938996.html
-
Hi @NA IT Licensing, you can remove any external app you want to. Of course, you will lose functionality, maybe something is going wrong (e.g. if you are using workflow functions which are not there anymore). A simple "replace" A with B is not possible. You have to install the new app and replace the functionality of the…

Hi @Mark Jaundoo, it seems, you created a next-gen board. Look at this page for documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/working-with-next-gen-software-projects-945104895.html As far as I know, you can't create a quick- or group-by-filter using a next-gen board.
-
Hi @kerensho, it depends on what is the "current version" for you. You can query like this; fixversion in earliestUnreleasedVersion(project-key) fixversion in latestReleasedVersion(project-key)
-
Hi @DEEPAK BHATIA, you have to create a subtask from within a story. Open the issue-view of the story and then select "Create sub-task" from the More-Menu:
-
Hi Anne, I just tested this in our server environment with the same result. If you have the permission to change the author, you can change it to someone who otherwise has no permission at all on the project. I looked through the issues on jira.atlassian.com but could not find an issue for that. Maybe you want to raise it…

You're welcome, @Thomas Rösler - great, that you found the problem

Great, you‘re welcome, @Anthony Fulgencio

It's totally unusual in Germany to have something like an "I voted" - sticker. I've never seen something like this. Maybe it is, because you don't have to registrate yourself for voting. When there are elections, you automatically get a postcard a few weeks before, your "license to vote". Maybe it is more "a matter of…

Hi @Olga Videc, I think it is ${issue.getReporter().displayName}

Great, I moved your question to the right destination and tagged it with the app. So the chance is higher, you'll get an answer. Unfortunately, I do not know this app and can't help you.
-
Hi @Brennon Bortz, this is the right place for your question, it is already released from spam quarantine. I think, it was caught because of the stacktrace. We look regularly at the spam quarantine, but as we are just users like you, it can take some time. My apoligies for this.
-
Hi @Anthony Fulgencio, since this is no plain Jira functionality, could you please tell us, which test app you are using in Jira?
-
@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ :-) - No problem at all - so I've been involved again - maybe sometimes we also need a Gantt app - then I'll come back to you
-
The tasks are independent of their stories within the Active-Sprint-Board. That means, you can move a sub-task to any other column, and if the last subtask of a story is done, Jira asks you, if the story should also be moved to done.
-
No problem, @greg. In a Scrum backlog, you do not see subtasks at all, only stories. That's why I asked. The behaviour is different in Kanban boards, there you also see subtask in the backlog. If you add a story to a sprint and start the sprint, the subtask will then be visible in the "Active sprints"-board. In Scrum,…
