I would suggest to anyone to replace the jira.issue.editable property to sth like jira.permission.edit.group = jira-administrators. That way administrators can always perform bulk updates which are necessary from time to time...

Create a filter "updated > startOfDay()" and subscribe to it via filter subscriptions... https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Receiving+Search+Results+via+Email Cheers Christian

Check this page. There you should be able to download the latest version: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira/versions Cheers
-
Take a look at the documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Defining+'Priority'+Field+Values You can set a different default for example Cheers

You can perform a search in JIRA (take the same filter as your board filter / optionally exclude completed issues or issues that are in a current sprint) and export all of the returned values to Excel. There you can convert the values into a CSV file:…

Not as far as I know

Hey Rumi, have you tried to enable the plugin? If your current plugin version is not compatible with the new Confluence version it might get disabled. Upgrade to the latest Arsenale Lockpoint version and enable the plugin. Hope this works... Cheers Christian

I agree. As far as I can see a link issue permission in the source project and the browse issue permission in the target project iss all you need to circumvent the restriction.
-
Good point. I was facing the issue that read-only users (no edit permission) could still transition an issue which in my point of view should somehow be "included" in the edit issue permission... Nevertheless, without being logged in, shouldn't JIRA ask for credentials no matter what the user is trying to do?
-
Strange. On your general configurations page, what mode is JIRA running in, Private or Public? It should be Private...
-
Strange, normally the "view" persmission should be enough...
-
Just use the csv export functionality in your issue navigator

Nic is right. I'd go for Jamie's Script runner add-on since it provides the ability to script post-functions: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner<br< a="">>https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Script+Runner Cheers, Christian

Don't use inline edits, use the edit screen!
-
I'm not sure what your problem is but: 1) Issues have to be returned by the filter you use in a particular board - take a look at the filter / maybe you don't include "tasks" 2) the statuses the tasks are inhave to be mapped to the boards columns: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/Configuring+Columns Hope you…

Hey Rumi, does this help you? http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Customising+Email+Content Cheers Christian

I was just asking since I've just seen the behaviours plugin in action if you're on an create or edit screen not when you're commenting as part of the "comment" issue action...
-
Just a question, are you looking at the comment on your view screen or the comment field when you edit an issue?
-
Might have sth. to do with different field configurations :-)
-
Don't need to calculate anymore. Maybe I can get back to you if I need to create some scripted fields... Thanks anyway
-
Well, I have the code used in my behaviour.. Could I use the same code on a scripted field? I mean basically what I'm doing is running the same script on every custom field used to calculate my defect value in case on is getting updated.
-
I've achieved it by using: import com.atlassian.jira.ComponentManagerFormField formAG = getFieldByName("Auftraggeber") currUser = ComponentManager.getInstance().getJiraAuthenticationContext().getUser()currUserName = currUser.getName()if(!formAG.getFormValue()){ formAG.setFormValue(currUserName) }
-
Any chance of retrieving the current reporter (or current user) without using the field "reporter" on my issue create screen? My customer doesn't want the creator field being displayed...
-
Got a typo: FormField formAutor = getFieldBy<strong>Id</strong>("reporter") FormField formAG = getFieldByName("Auftraggeber") if(!formAG.getFormValue()){ formAG.setFormValue(formAutor.getFormValue()) } I had ID :-)
-
Hey, it's not working. Can't view the log right now since the server admin has already gone home:-) I even tried without the if clause with no result. The value doesn't get copied.
-
I know, just wanted to check if I had to set a JIRA logger to "debug" instead of warning in order to see the entries in the log file.
-
Do I have to active another logging behaviour (set a logger to debug?)
-
Hey, I know that this isn't really answering your question but I think you're better off using for example the script runner to inject a script which is increasing the field value by one as a post-function. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner You don't need to update the field…

By the way, it once happened to a customer that he had somehow exceeded the allowed number of false authentifications (while he was logged in, our guess is a problem with a card reader!) which prevented him from opening the documents. Resetting the authetifications and reestablishing the netwoirk connection did the trick...

Hi Mick, even though this article ssems to be related to WebDAV folders you might try to alter the registry setting as described here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Unable+to+authenticate+while+mapping+a+WebDAV+client+network+drive+in+Microsoft+Windows Cheers
