This is not possible. You'd have to create multiple transition to achieve what you want to accomplish

One question, are the fields mandatory by design (field configuration) or do you use the JIRA misc workflow extension or the behaviors add-on to make the filed required?
-
Hey, I'd use a custom "team" field representing the SCRUM teams. That way you can easily use quick filters and even diefferent team boards after you have "assigned" issues to the different teams... Cheers
-
Just wondering, you do have the right to add attachments in that particular space? Cheers Christian

Done that- Thanks, Christian https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/JBHV-166

Just being curious: Why would you want to do that? I mean if you wanted to comment and make users aware of the comment you could do so by addressing them via @. Other than that, sharing is extremely useful to tell people about an issue WITHOUT polluting the comment section...
-
As far as I know issues of type "Epic" are not in included by design
-
Do you have any data in that field? Otherwise you're not gonna see it on the view issue screen...
-
Just out of curiosity, is the field present on the edit screen?

As rambanan said you have to use the "Update Issue Custom Field" post-function. Depending your local language this post-function may have been translated
-
Depends on how you define "closing" an issue. It depends on your workflow I guess :-) One way how to achieve this that comes to my mind is the following: 1. Get the JIRA suite Utilities Plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities 2. Define a custom field "closing date/time" 3. Edit…

Hey, you can create global templates: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF42/Global+Templates Cheers Christian
-
The dots are representing the days a certain issue has been in that column... as far as I know ;-)

What do you mean by installing 2.5? Do you have 2.5 installed an running ? AFAIK you'll have to purchase a license, update your license information in Confluence and start updating...
-
But I would guess that it's not valid anymore. I mean it's an evaluation license and you're talking about Confluence 2.5 which has been launched like 6 years ago. Check your license details

Do you have a valid license?

Although I have never tried it (what you want to accomplish) you could take a closer look at Jamie's script runner: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner The script-runner has a built-in script to fast-track issues based on conditions: * Fast-tracking an issue through another…
-
Just for the record, the script runner does copy the issues aswell! At least you have the option to do so...
-
Tibor is right. You might find it easier to just query the DB as it stores the XML-Files in the JIRAWORKFLOWS table Cheers
-
Hey, as far as I know this won't be possible out of the box. If you just have a couple of components you might do sth. like "component = X and component in (A,B,C,D,.....)" including all of the other components... Other than that you might script your own JQL function... I'd have a look a Jamies's script runner as it lets…

I'm not entirely sure what you mean but there are multiple ways to release a version: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Versions#ManagingVersions-Releasingaversion https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Releasing+a+Version+from+the+Task+Board+or+Planning+Board Cheers Christian

Hi Chris, if I get you right, you want to limit the resolutions shown to the user. You don't need behaviours for that. Simply put the following propertiy on the transition where you want to limit the options: Key: jira.field.resolution.include Value: 1,2,3<...> The value is the ID of the resolution. You can find that in…

Only administrators can install plugins (add-ons) and language files, so you'll have to contact yours... Cheers

As Faysal said, renaming the word Epic isn't a walk in the park. You've got a lot of dependencies and different language packs, code snippets. Upgrading JIRA and you'll lose all the chenges... I'm not sure if this helps as the source of your problem is Greenhopper:…
-
I guess these are just examples. The only color that shows up twice is green and the epic "user management" would make sense as part of the "TIS website" initiative...
-
I'm not sure if this is going to work but have you thought about the excerpt macro? https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Excerpt+Include+Macro You could have the image in the excerpt, display it on multiple places and you'd just have to update the picture once...

Check the "can use" global permission: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Global+Permissions+Overview Remove everyone ynd you should be fine

Hi James, what you'Re trying to achieve is not possible out of the box. There is just one "System dashboard" and it's not dynamic - thus identical for all users. So it's best to keep the sys dashboard generic and create group-based dashboards that can be shared with different stakeholders. Cheers, Christian
