Any new ideas on that one?
-
That's resulting in no values being displayed at all...
-
Hey, is your "test" status mapped to the "done" column in your task board? Cheers Christian
-
I can only answer part 2: - Check your DB and the "projectversion" table. There you have the release date... As for the other questions: How many people do you grant the rights to administer a project??? Only people who KNWO what they're doing should be granted that right!

Hi, have you raised an issue in Atlassian support? I mean you don't provide much information (e.g. JIRA version, add a user to a group? add a new JIRA user etc.). Cheers Christian
-
My guess would be that this was the intended behaviour in JIRA 6 so reducing the space would mean to alter core code....

Hey, you can't simply sign up as an administrator. You have to be appointed as an administrator (be a member of jira-administrators group) by an administrator. And what do you mean by "product"? Cheers Christian

There are plugins around that offer custom fileds where the last comment is being saved: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.customware.jira.utils.customware-jira-utilities https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.capitalcityconsultants.jira.plugins.customfields.ccc-lastcomment etc. Maybe that's what you…

Hi Jovan, you should be contacting the official Atlassian support: http://support.atlassian.com/ or https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact?utm_source=SAC Cheers Christian

Set a Sub-Task Blocking Condition to the "closing" transition of the parent issue, in your case "story". That will solve your problem... Cheers See also: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Sub-tasks https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/4586/prevent-users-from-closing-issues-with-open-sub-tasks

Are the columns and statuses mapped the same?
-
HEy, there is a neat plugin (CustomWare JIRA Utilities) which can handle this requirement but I'm afraid that it's not an option for you since you're on a hosted environment...just in case other users are looking for sth. similar (which I did recently):-)…

That's exactly what we did after a bugzilla migration.
-
Not out of the box. You might be able to add some HTML into a field description Cheers
-
Have a look here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/332522 You'd have to create a blueprint
-
Hey, I'm guessing here but the default assigned to me gadget displays open issues. As I can see you fire a "Resolved event". Does the issue already have a resolution? In that case it wouldn't show up in the assigned to me gadget... Cheers Christian

Only thing I've seen so far is this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA041/Database+Schema and https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Database+Schema Correct me guys if I'm missing sth. here. Cheers Christian

What version are you using?
-
Actually I'm not quite sure what you want:-) You have to establish an application link between your JIRA and your Confluence instance: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+Application+Links and stick to the doc you posted yourself: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Inserting+JIRA+Issues…
-
Please ask your questions in English! You're talking about blueprints. You can modify existing ones or create your own ones: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Working+with+Blueprints Cheers
-
No, since this is a "read-only" view of the issue content.

The board is based on a filter. You may have changed the sorting order of that filter. Go into your board's configuration (tab filter) and check the filter query. Make sure that the results are ordered like this: "ORDER BY RANK" Cheers Christian

HEy, this question seems to be ralated to this one: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/101911/export-change-and-re-import-filters?page=1#101924 Cheers Christian

You can try to use the Team Calendars macro to embed calendars on a page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Embed+Calendars+on+Confluence+Pages
-
You can't alter the quick search functionality. Especially not when you're using JIRA cloud. I guess some people like to see closed issued being returned... Cheers
-
Hi, are you sure that "AAATestTxtFile" is your Space Key? Cheers Christian
-
Maybe have a look at the notification scheme that is associated with your Service Desk project and add the "Assignee" to the Issue Created event? Cheers https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESKCLOUD/Managing+service+desk+notifications Also you might want to check your personal preferences in your profile "My…

Hey, check this comment from Shaun Cloves (Atlassian): https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/The+Future+of+GreenHopper Aug 29, 2012 Shaun Clowes [Atlassian] says: We would like to revisit release planning in the future, but we're pretty sure it won't be hierarchical versions because they joined the concepts of…

Hey, I'd go with a property associated with the workflow step. Haven't tried it though: jira.permission.assign=denied Jobin has a pretty good collection of workflow properties: http://www.j-tricks.com/1/post/2011/02/permissions-based-on-workflow-status.html Cheers Christian
