I'll probably go! If I go you can count me in :-)

BTW, I would do a check if values are present (sth. like if (!fimpact.getFormValue()|| furgency.getFormValue()) {//exit or log.debug....} That way you don't mess up your log with error messages if no values are present...

You probably have the code attached to the priority field. Behaviopurs plugin will listen for changes of that field. (A fresh edit will trigger the behaviour...) If you change the other fields the code won't be triggered. Try using a slightly different code (getFieldChanged won't work) and use that code in both of the…

Interesting... The missing type would have to be added to the scheme which is associated with your IT-Projekte (ITP) project. If moving is still an issue try to move a single issue as a bulk move. If that still doesn't work you might want to have a look at these KB articles which describe the error mentioned…

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "select the new category from the new project as task type". In general you should be able to select all issue types that have been configured in the issue type scheme of the target project... Might be worth looking at the scheme:…

I guess not without significantly modifying the JIRA code

I'm not with you on that one. Why should you do complex JQL searches when you can have all the possibilities (in terms of reporting and tracking) using the re-opened state. Re-opened indicates that an issues has been resolved or closed at one time which might be a valuable information. I'm thinking of "open" as "new" and…

Just in addition to Jamie and David. If you face this problem quite a lot I'd suggest creating an Inclusions Library as described here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Creating+your+Technical+Documentation+Space http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/_InclusionsLibrary Using Confluence, you can dynamically…

I might be wrong but AFAIK the project export includes only project relevant information. As Greenhopper is basically just a plugin information concerning your boards doesn't get exported, neither do filters. I think you have to manually rebuild filters an greenhopper settings in your target instance. Cheers Christian

Maybe those custom fields are bound to the issue types through a context? If not they should show...

Hi Michael, I had already ruled out a mismatching Base URL (which caused problems in the past). Meanwhile I have updated Refined Wiki not giving any thoughts on the problem I mentioned here. When I read your answers, just out of interest I tried loading the gadget list and - it works...Must have been the latest release.…

Maybe it's disabled? * Navigate to Manage Add-ons * Switch to system plugins * Look for DVCS plugin

You're on a "on demand "instance, right? Seems like you're not a JIRA administrator...
-
Hey, just out of curiosity, hav you tried to google that? https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Increasing+JIRA+Memory
-
Newly created stories go into your backlog not the current sprint
-
If you're using Epics you can create a story directly "in that Epic", There is a link right at the bottom of each Epic. Other than that, the create issue "botton" is everywhere in JIRA. Just type "c" and you can create an issue...
-
You'll have to use the JSU plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities Then you'll have the fields required validator And please try to use English as this is the language most people speak here :-9 Cheers
-
Hey Rumi, have you limited the field using the field context? Cheers Christian
-
Have you tried using the issue keys? e.g. DEF-1234 instead of "My epic 1"?
-
So the filter doesn't show up when the user looks at the "My" tab in the filter section?
-
Maybe it's a private filter? Then you can't see it via the UI...
-
These aren't fields, these are columns on a board mapped to a status. Fields are priority, summary,components....
-
No, three fields is the current limit: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/customising-cards#CustomisingCards-fieldsAddingfieldstocards Cheers P.S. Same holds true for JIRA Software:…

I was talking about the classic boards. Sorry if I misinterpreted you question

Can you edit your project templates in GH admin (just asking since I'm not on a hosted environment)? I usually create a template (or change the default let's say scrum template) and edit the card style. Cheers Christian
-
you have to use the property on let's say the resolve "transition" where the field is present on the screen and it should work. Cheers Christian

Hi Adam, this seems to be a bug. Take a look at this JIRA issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-25548 Cheers, Christian

There is an open JIRA issue looking at this here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-13942 Cheers Christian
