Not sure what you're asking... But you can surely restart JIRA without losing stuff...

In that project, both of you do have the browse project permission and thus are able to view the created issues? Do you have another workflow in that project? Maybe it's configured to trigger an event other than "issue created" which is referenced in your notification scheme? Look at the event in the post function.

I was asking almost the same thing here https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/161223/any-way-to-define-natural-sorting-in-gadgets. Define sort order in a gadget (other than alphabetically)

Hi Rumi, Jamie's script runner is great to achieve what you want. If you want to customize those dependencies etc. via the UI I can recommend using Bob Swifts plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cot Cheers

You could use swimlanes to group high priority issues at the top!

AFAIK you can just enable or disable the feature in your plugin configuration--> Plugins-->Manage plugins-->system plugins--> System Issue Operations plugin-->Screenshot You can't do it by project...Correct me if I'm wrong

You could try the following: * Make sure the sprint footer (the grey horizontal marker) is positioned below the issues you want to include in your upcoming sprint. Drag it up or down, or drag issues up from the backlog, as needed. That will only work for the bottom sprint though... Cheers

Sorry, too fast. I'd definitively go for the pricey one since it's really good...

Hey, you should take a look at the Arsenale Lockpint plugin (and maybe contact the developers to get information about planned updates): https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.arsenale.plugins.lockpoint Cheers Christian

I needed the "affects Version" field. getFieldById("versions").getValue() did the trick! Don't know why this didn't work in the beginning. Maybe I had a typo. Thank you so much.

Hey Jamie, it's supposed be be a behaviours script. I got one script (see last part attached) calculation the "defect value" (mapped to defect value field) // Define and map valueFormField AGE = getFieldByName("Alter (Release)") //11514def AGE_OPT = AGE.getFormValue()float AGE_VALif (AGE_OPT == "10987"){AGE_VAL = 4}else if…

BTW, that would have been the second Google hit for "jira rich text editor" :-)
-
I've never used the plugin but that might be the one you're looking for: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.jiraeditor.jeditor Cheers Christian

Have you thought of "components"? You could categorize the different sub-projects into components. Cheers Christian

Try this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Migrating+from+JIRA+OnDemand+to+a+JIRA+Installed+Site

Looks like sth. is wrong in your mail server configuration... Are you sure you entered a valid user and password for the mail server?

Hey check those troubleshooting hints: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/WBDV/WebDAV+Client+Setup I've been doing the same just yesterday in a Win 7 environment. Changed the registry setting, did a reboot and added sth. like the line below as the address of a network drive! ( \\host\webdav wouldn't work,…

JIRA Log Location The logs are written to the log subdirectory of your JIRA Home Directory (or elsewhere if you have configured a different location). You can view the location of the atlassian-jira.log in the 'File Paths' section of the System Information page.…

How about looking at the logs? :-)

Not without creating a custom field. The Epic/Theme field is a label field and the labels are all stored in the same database table... Cheers
-
How about watching issues? I only watch issues that interest me...
-
Hey, I can't help you out, unfortunately...but, you might want to kind of strip your log...Otherwise all your data (SEN, Server ID...)can be used by everyone... Cheers Christian
-
You need to be sysadmin to upload add-ons... Maybe there are betrre alternatives but to give you a general idea I often used the Javamelody add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.bull.javamelody Cheers

Try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cot

Not without modifying HTML/CSS. The properties are limited to the set that has been described in the KB article
