Hey, you don't have to accept my answer if it hasn't solved your problem :) BTW, have you tried re-indexing?
-
Could you please check your field config? Maybe the field is hidden? Also check the field context and make sure that it includes your issue type or project.. Cheers
-
Look a the sprint field of those issues. Maybe they have a sprint assigned that has been completed?! Other dumb questions:You probably don't have any active quick filters ? ;-)
-
Please have a look at the status mapping in your board's configuration. Maybe you have some statuses not mapped to the columns. Issues in those statuses won't show! Cheers Christian
-
That kind of question is not even worth answering ... Oops, did it anyway
-
How about project = "Q-I UX" AND NOT (type = Sub-task AND resolution in (Duplicate, "Won't Fix"))
-
Sharing filters is controlled by a global permission that only an administrator can grant...
-
The suggestions are based on labels already in use. If you delete the label from all the issues that got that label it should't turn up as a suggestion...
-
Hey, I would grant the "administer projects" permission to the admin role. In project 1 you would select the group "admin project 1" into the role admin. In project 2 you can set up group "admin project 2" to represent the role admin...

Try AND ("Epic Link" NOT IN (XXXX-XX) OR "Epic Link" IS EMPTY) In general you have to always take a special look at EMPTY (null) values since they are handled differently in JQL. For example "color != "red"" returns all issues that HAVE a value but that's NOT RED. Cheers Christian

Well, at least not out of the box or manipulation the database I guess since the keys are continuous. YOu might already have one issue with B-1 as issue key in your target project...
-
Hey, check this question as it might give you a direction where to go: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/143438/automatic-transition-after-a-specific-time Maybe that transition would be only a technical workaround to fire an e-mail... Cheers
-
You could: Bulk change the issues and edit the sprint field or add the sprint field to the issue and remove the sprint manually. This will affect your reporting statistics though... JIRA adds the sprint to the issue if it is in an active sprint or has been in a sprint that has been completed by default Cheers
-
You might want to accept ck's answer if it solved your question :-)
-
Hey, have a look at this document. You might want to increase the DB pool size: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Tuning+Database+Connections#TuningDatabaseConnections-Connectionpoolsettings Cheers
-
I guess you'll have to find the right balance between security concerns (corporate secrets, misuse etc.) and efficiency without reducing the latter to a minimum.
-
Thanks for your time and your detailed response. Now I have something to work with...I guess I'll suggest a broader usage of issue-level security. Nevertheless, it's a pity that we have a collaboration tool people really like (many of which don't give a da... about data security) and limit it's power by law:-) Cheers…
-
This was just a request from one of my customers. I don't know how they handle their data security internally and I'm far from being a lawyer myself . What do you mean by raw data? Data that's physically stored in the database or on the file server ? If you have any further information on that matter I'd be very happy if…

Hi, check this out: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Linking+to+local+file+under+Firefox [file:///c:/temp/foo.txt] You probably don't get it to work in Firefox? Cheers Christian
-
You can use the property. It will be the same for each transition. Sometimes that's not what you want though. It's basically the "same" transition, same ID so the property will be the same, too. Cheers

Ramiro is right. But be aware that only a limited set of system fields is being displayed so you don't have that many options. If you want to create issue with mandatory custom fields for example you'll have a problem :-)
-
You can download and use all the product versions prior to the date your license expired...
-
As I said, this is not possible out of the box. You'd probably have to modify core code (or somehow append the field with JS etc.).
-
The only thing you can do is to drag & drop it to the top of the "General Fields" section in your board configuration. That way the field is being displayed right at the top of your "Details" section when you view your issue on a board... Out of the box you won't get a custom field to show up at the very top (above the…

Hi, I once had a similar qustion. Check Bens answer...Does this help you? https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/31502/hide-specific-macros-in-pdf-export Cheers Christian

Really strange. User is assignable and I copied the script from above so I guess no typos this time:-) The solution Grigory provided does work so I go with that right now even though I'd prefer using behaviours plugin since all my other rules are being set there...
-
Brilliant, thank you so much for your time!
-
Yes I do . Any ideas?
-
Hey Grigory, that one works!!! Thank you so much. Just ONE last question :-) Applying this script to the description field changes the assignee to the LoggedInUser every time I edit the issue, right? I only wnat this to happen upon issue creation. Is there a way to achieve this like: ... if(assigneeSelect = "Automatic")…
-
Hi, I've tried a code you provided in another post: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/59501/change-assignee-via-javascript That's how my description field looks like: <script type="text/javascript">var loggedInUser = JIRA.Meta.getLoggedInUser(); var assigneeSelect = $("#assignee", context);…
