Hi astro, restrictions that are set on a page are being inherited by its subpages. Is taht what you wanted to know? http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Page+Restrictions Cheers Christian

Do you have a 10 user GH license or an evaluation license?

I would create a Kanban board and base it on a filter! Let's say "project in (XX,YY) and type = Bugs). For your sprint boards simply edit the current board filter to "exclude" Bugs : project in (XX,YY) and type != Bugs That way bugs don't shop up on your sprint boards/backlogs and you can manage them in your Kanban board!…

Found a solution / SQL query that at least returs the current query: select ps.propertyvalue, ee.namefrom propertytext ps, external_entities ee, propertyentry pewhere ee.name like 'XXXX' and pe.property_key like 'user.search.jql' and /*ee.entitytype like 'com.atlassian.jira.user.OfbizExternalEntityStore' and*/ ee.id =…

The searchrequest table only stores filters not the current search request...
-
I cleared it using issues/?jql= but I'd still like to know where the current search is being stored...
-
I did that. Didn't work....

Have you thought about security levels? Create a level, let's say 2012, and bulk edit all subtasks to use that level. Make the level viewable only to admins or a group that doesn't contain members...
-
Have you contacted your OnDemand support and raised a support ticket? Maybe you should do that ...
-
True, missed that one:-) . But basically it's all just about visual differentiation...
-
No significance at all. You can map the color to an issue type. That way you can clearly seperate them visually. That's all:-) Cheers Christian
-
Sorry but I'm out of ideas. I've tried different backslash combinations / positions and none works
-
Well, did work on my local instance of JIRA :-)
-
Mmmh. The only thing I can come up with is {http://www.google.com}. Mask it in some form...
-
Not pretty nice but you can wrap it in a {noformat}http://www.....{noformat} macro It will then look like www.google.com

You can't "force" people to add your filter (or dashboard) as a favourite. The only thing you can do is "encourage" people to add it as a favourite. The question has been around for a while though: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/4243/how-to-add-automaticly-favorite-filters Apparently you could resolve this using…

Yes. If you have multiple groups and wish to to only have a single group (and the members) an issue can be assigne to at a specific time you could use that property I was talking about.
-
You also have the possibility to alter your workflow and use properties... e.g. jira.assignable.group = groupXY
-
Nice, I was just looking at it at the moment. I just sort of googled you and followed the link to your blog :-) Greta work. Cheers Christian

Hey Andrew. How could I extend the macro to also list individual users? Thx Christian
-
I'd be interested in this, too. Maybe some SQL script we could use? Thanks in advance, Cheers Christian
-
Well, the obvious would be to specify a strict naming convention for attachments. Other that that, I would suggest using Confluence :-) Cheers Christian

Hey Nic, anonymous login is turned off but after deleting the user (a test user) from the project role he couldn't "see" the issue so that was it I guess. Thanks!
-
Trying to reproduce this I 1) revoked the permission to login (no effect)--> mails were being sent out 2) threw the user out of the project role--> that way the user couldn't see the project and no mail are being sent out... Hope that this was the solution...Can anyone officially confirm that? Cheers Christian and thanks…
-
I kind of could reproduce it aswell. But I can't see any error whatsoever in my logs...
-
Hey, as far as I know these are the only file types that are being supported: * .docand.docx * .xlsand.xlsx * .pptand.pptx * .pdf I'm referring to: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Office+Connector+Prerequisites Cheers Christian
-
You can do this using the behaviours plugin...scripting is up to you though: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.plugin.Behaviours
-
Alternatively you can show the "sprint" column in your issue navigator...
-
Hey, you could use the two-dimensional filter statistics gadget or display the project as a column in your filter.4.. Cheers Christian

A shot in the dark but have you edited the properties file? * Add the i18n strings to src/main/resources/confluence-space-blueprints.properties: confluence.blueprints.space.example.name=Example Space Blueprintconfluence.blueprints.space.example.description=An example of a space…
