The first thing I would try would be to completely close your browser and try again. If that doesn't work open up the browser development tools (F12) and check the JavaScript console for any errors. If you don't see anything that readily jumps out as being the issue you could open up a support ticket with Atlassian.

There does not appear to be a way to change this. I thought you might be able to change it if you changed your Date Time Format in Confluence Admin -> General Configuration, but even that didn't change it, so I don't see any way to make that change.

Well, this isn't ideal. And by that I mean jamming a fork in your arm might be more enjoyable. But, I found a way. : ) First put a style macro somewhere on your page and put this in it. .content-by-label .details a[data-linked-resource-type=page], .content-by-label .icon.aui-icon {display: none;}.content-by-label .details…

@kyle If you are ok with the viewers being anonymous then you could enable anonymous access for the space (which will allow anyone to see it) and then get just enough licenses for your editors. Anonymous access does not use a license.

I run Confluence on Windows Server. I have done SSL both via Tomcat and via a reverse proxy. I have found that I get better performance via the reverse proxy. Tomcat just didn't seem to handle it as well. If you are on Windows Server you could reverse proxy via IIS, which I think makes the cert setup a whole lot easier.…

You could certainly use the HTML macro and put some script on a Confluence page that adds a form and allows you to create a page via the REST API. I've got lots of pages in our environment where I have put custom scripting on the page. You also don't have to use the HTML macro to do this. That does open up some possible…

I did a bit of searching and it looks like the com.atlassian.rm.teams.core.team.data.DefaultTeam import is/was related to Portfolio. However, I have Software and Portfolio on my system and it cannot resolve the import on my system. It errors on that line for me. Does it not error in your system?

Are you sure you are tying into the correct events? It sounds like you tied into issue updated. Do you want issue created as well? If you are not triggering the event it won't run.

For MS SQL 2012 Express the DB size limit is 10GB.
-
MS SQL 2012 is in the compatibility guide, so it should work. Confluence isn't doing anything specifically that would require Standard or Enterprise that I know of. You would just need to make sure you stay under the DB size limit for Express.
-
Are you essentially trying to do what is happening on this page Opening and closing a dialog example? https://docs.atlassian.com/aui/7.9.9/docs/dialog2.html

With a couple user macros you could do this. With the below users macros you would put the div macro on a page and put your image inside the div. Then in the div properties give it an id like scaling-image. Then in the style macro target any images inside that div like so ... #scaling-image img {width: 35%;} User Macros…

So long as you stay under the requirements for SQL Express (DB size mostly) I don't see why it wouldn't work.
-
You could put in some log points to pinpoint down where the script is failing. log.debug("Point 1") ... Some code ... log.debug("Point 2") ... Some more code ... log.debug("Point 3")
-
Small point of clarification when you do that it does not actually copy the attachment to your page. It is still only linking to the original.
-
That is not how Confluence works. All the items in the nav tree are pages and thus have links. There is no way to have a section in the nav tree that is simply a organizational unit without being a page.
-
Another option to do this would be the InProduct translation for Confluence add-on. You can change the text with that as well.
-
I am seeing the same behavior. Alas I don't see a way around it.
-
We use User Profile for Confluence in our environment and it works well. The key is setting up the direct report relationships in Active Directory. I believe the field in AD is manager.
-
There is nothing built-in for that but the add-on User Profiles for Confluence allows you to create extra fields in profiles to store data that can then be searched on.
-
If you have backups you might be able to restore the backup to another Confluence install (possibly a development server or even a 30 day trial would work) and then export the data.
-
This was my son's idea. I was pleased that it actually works.

Currently, you cannot point the task report macro at the current page. This allows you to create a wrapper around the built-in task report macro that will dynamically put in the page id for you ... effectively giving you the ability to point it at the current page. It may not be the ideal but it allows you get that…

The position is defined by the below code. Just change the bottom and right values to put it where you want. .scroll-top-button { position: fixed; bottom: 10px; right: 10px; z-index: 10; }

If you go to Confluence Administration -> Application Links and edit the app link to Jira it will be in your URL bar. The url will look something like this ... https://{your server}/plugins/servlet/applinks/edit/{AppID}

Congrats sir!

I like the look of the new profiles. I think the layout is more organized and easier to view. One suggestion I have would be a place to put in one's Atlassian certifications. :)
-
Hmm, I might have messed something up by just trying to clean up the HTML encoding. I re-inserted the code above from the source in my Confluence instance. Give that a try.
-
Nice job sir! User macros FTW!
-
I've fixed the code in the above post so it should be correct now.
