Ah, I just read above that you don't have memberOf. If you want to do what you are specifically asking you would need to enable memberOf. There is no way to do it without that. That is the only way to only import a subset of users based on a group membership. However, like @Andrew Laden mentioned you could import all of…

Yes, we use AD, but the concept is most likely similar. Your users should have an LDAP attribute in the user object that says what groups they are a member of. So, you only want to pull in users that are a member of your wiki group. You can ignore the "userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2" part. I was just…

I see what you did there. 😃

@Sergey Subbotin You are most welcome.

This is one I wrote a couple years ago. I works for me with page properties and the report macro. Macro Name: referring_content Macro Title: Referring Content Macro Body Processing: No macro body Template: ## Developed by: Davin Studer## Date created: 06/26/2014##…

If you want to do it through styleheets this should work. #content-metadata-page-restrictions{display: none !important;}

In our organization this is basically how we do it. Group Filter (&(objectCategory=Group)(sAMAccountName=confluence*)) User Filter (&(objectCategory=Person)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))(memberOf=CN=confluence-users,OU=Path,OU=TO,OU=Group,DC=company,DC=dom)) The…

Probably a motion sickness bag ... or ten. I used to be able to handle motion, but now as I've gotten older even carousels can be a bit much.

A previous CEO that I had had a saying that I find has been totally true for me. "The biggest reason things don't get done is because they don't get started." Often times it's easy to get bogged down into figuring out all the details before starting any work. But sometimes you need to just get started. Have a plan, but…

Can you explain further what happens when you are not able to edit. Do you see any error messages, does the edit button not do anything when you click it, do you get a blank screen when you click the button, do you even see the button?
-
Atlassian is in the process of deploying a new editor for Confluence Cloud. The old editor supports this, but as of right now the new editor does not. Right now, when you create a new page it is typically using the new editor depending on where you are in the roll-out schedule.
-
Unfortunatley, I've found no way to do this yet.
-
Unfortunately, this is not supported in the new editor.
-
Well, like I said I would try putting a break point into you code and stepping through it to see if it's the custom code or not. If it never even breaks that means the error is happening outside your code and you code isn't even being executed.
-
I see RefinedWebPack.1 in the error. Are you using the Refined - Structure and Theme Confluence app? Could be an issue with your theme?
-
On the sources tab you should be able to see the code for the Confluence page. I would then do a search and find the spot in your page where the JavaScript is inserted. Then you can put in break points and walk through your JavaScript. If it is your script that is causing the issue then you should be able to see that by…
-
I don't see any calls to InlineDialog in your code above. Is it being called elsewhere without a try/catch block? If it fails then your code may never run. You should be able to click the error and find out where it is being called.
-
If you open up the JavaScript console in your developer tools (F12) are you seeing any errors thrown?

You can select multiple cells by clicking and a cell and then dragging down to other cells. With the multiple cells selected the simply change them to a quote, They should now be formatted as quotes,

The page properties macro is meant to only have a two column or two row table. One row/column is the properties (must be a header column/row), the other row/column is values. So, really you can only have key/value pairs. Now, there is nothing stopping you from putting a tables into one of the values like this .... You…

Jira is really the best tool for this, but you could do something like this with the ConfiForms app for Confluence. We use the server version. There is a cloud version now.
-
I'm not so sure Trello is the best product for this. Really this is what Jira is for. You might be able to have a wonky workflow in Trello for this, but really Trello is meant to be pretty free form with very little validation. I think Jira is a better tool for what you want.
-
Functionality like this does not natively exist in Confluence. However, there are apps in the marketplace that give you spreadsheet functionality for Confluence. You could do that with a spreadsheet formula. There are also a couple apps that work with native Confluence tables and formulas.
-
Thumbs up for #2.

I wanted to be an astronaut because I thought it would be so cool to be able to float in the middle of the shuttle and not fall. Almost like being able to fly.
-
Yeah, unfortunately I don't have any great ideas for you.
-
No. The user macro above does not create tasks ... so the task report won't work with it.
-
I've taken a couple of those test myself and I think they can be helpful for a snapshot analysis of my current tendencies. However, I think it is important to realize that these tests almost always have analysis points that don't quite fit. It is important to realize that we are all individuals and sometime as test can't…

You can get your server id in the database. select * from BANDANA where BANDANAKEY = 'confluence.server.id';
