There is a specific permission point that gives one the ability to create spaces. If you have that permission on Confluence Server/DC you will see a link at the bottom of the spaces menu that says "Create space". If you are cloud you will see a button on the space directory page that lets you create the space.

@Aditya I do not work for Atlassian. My point was not meant to be arrogant and I apologize if it came off that way. I'm simply trying to point out the possible reasons for not having font face/size built in. You can work around it with a user macro if need be.

I don't think it is a public ticket. I just went to their documentation for IDEA and click the link to comment on the documentation. I think it is using a Jira issue collector to create tickets on the backside, but I don't think it is publicly accessible.

A system administrator can change who the space administrators are. From your screenshot above Lars is a space administrator ... is he also a system administrator. If not your system administrator can make those changes.
