Yeah, my site keeps gong off line. I need to rebuild my server. Thanks.

Way to go @Thomas Schlegel! Well deserved.

It's a bit intimidating answering questions at first ... not wanting to be wrong. But I would say even asking a question is contributing as other might also have that question.

Great stuff to keep in mind. Thanks @Community Manager .

Thanks for sharing @Jodi LeBlanc .

Alas, inline images are not currently available in the new editor for Cloud. It is available in the old editor for Cloud. Feel free to add you vote to the suggestion ticket. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68501

Sure, they could do that, but that is not currently how it is setup. It's not really a bug or anything. It is behaving as it was designed. You could submit a feature request to enhance the functionality. https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/CONFSERVER/summary

You could use the selectPages routing to get a list of the pages in the your space and then loop though that list for each page. The below code is from their documentation ... modified slightly to edit the page content. You will need to know what the portion of the storage format is that you want to change. You should try…

If the user names are the same it should automatically link them. Before you do this I would recommend setting up a test environment to test the process.

There is no way to do it with just a single line break. If they handled it that way then there would be no way to paste text in and have it do line break breaks vs new paragraphs. In order to have paragraph breaks you source text must have two line breaks like this ... Stuff Stuff Things

Not with automation. You could do it with ScriptRunner or another app that allows you two write scripts where you could parse the comment and then take an action. However, that could easily be fraught with error as it is free text. I am curious why you would want to parse a comment, look for a date somewhere in it and then…
-
You should be able to set up an Automation rule for this fairly easily with the new automation in Jira Administration -> System -> Automation rules. You would just remove the approver field from the creation screen and then set up the rule.

Do you have an ad blocker add-on for your browser? I've found that I need to disable it when logging in as it blocks the authentication attempt.
-
The only way I can think to do it would be with a user script for your browsers. There is one provided above. Unfortunately, Cloud has technical limitations that are sometimes hard to work around.
-
Thanks @Jenn Riek . Also like @Fabian A_ Lopez _Community Leader - Argentina_ Florida_ California_ asked is this only for Confluence Cloud?
-
If you've got no other place to publicly post it can it be written as a community article?
-
You could do it with tables. Add a 1x1 table and then turn off the header row. This will leave you with text in a white box. Lastly, drag the right border all the way right to make it 100% width. You can then link the text in boxes to any page you want using the link button in editor bar. This is how it looks when viewed…

I've looked at a couple before, but never tried to fully pull the trigger on it. Below are a couple open source packages that could give you your own streaming server platform which would then give you the ability to embed the videos via iframe. Kaltura YouPHPTube

This would work for showing tasks on parent pages. ## Developed by: Davin Studer## Date created: 05/12/2020## @param Label:title=Label(s)|type=string|required=false|desc=Only show tasks on pages with this label## @param Assignees:title=Assigned to|type=username|required=false|multiple=true|desc=Only show tasks assigned to…

Out of the box there isn't a way to do this. However, there is the Visibility app in the marketplace that could do what you want. It has show-if and hide-if macros that will allow you to show or hide certain content based on things like user or group.

Page restrictions are inherited from an ancestor page (parent/grandparent/etc.). So, if it is an inherited restriction you just need to work your way up the tree to find which page has the restriction applied. FYI, only view restrictions can be inherited. Edit restrictions cannot be inherited.
-
Yeah, it looks like you are a project admin, which is different and only gives you admin access within that project based on your screenshots.
-
If you make yourself a space admin you should be able to see all pages and remove any restrictions.
-
Oh yay! Thanks @Kyren Wong .
-
Please explain what you mean by filter panes.
-
What do you mean by unauthorized users? Authorization within Confluence is defined by space permissions. f you do not have permissions to a space you will not be able to see it or any of its pages.
-
Unfortunately being able to change page restrictions is all or nothing. There is no fine grained control.
-
Looking at the http headers for Loom it looks like they do not allow iframing of their site. So, you would need to download the video and then upload it to Confluence. You should then be able to embed it.
-
Under the plan cog in Access Control -> Permissions are you granted edit access?
-
Do you have screenshots that you could share? "... it doesn't translate the columns properly" is pretty vague and it woudl be hard to give any feedback based on that.
