Yes, I misread your question. However, I would still use a reverse proxy because you will need to use SSL as well. HTTP2 requires SSL.

We recently started using Scrum in out IT shop. We are not a development shop. Sure it is easy to see how Scrum work with development practices, but like I said we don't develop anything. So for us the hurdle was to pivot some of the terminology and once we did that we were able to start to see how it could work with our…

Ooo! Copy and paste images. Yay!!!

In order to edit a page you will need edit permissions to the space that the page is in. You Confluence admin can get that for you. If you already have edit access to the space and still cannot edit the page it could be that your page had an edit restriction applied to that. A space or Confluence admin can add you to the…

I chatted with @Max Foerster - K15t at the Decadis booth and I will be checking out their Jira Workflow Toolbox when I get back home.

Got swag from ... * The Marketplace booth * Access booth * Crowd booth * Confluence booth * Statuspage booth

It was awesome meeting @Fadoua and this is how you say Community in Arabic. تجمع
-
I think it is great to realize that the online and offline efforts are really for the same cause and we are working together.
-
Wow! Two years. Well, then a very merry un-un-birthday to you Atlassian Community. The Community site has gone leaps and bounds beyond the previous incarnations and I count it a privilege to help contribute.

Everyone likes @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- 😉.

If the page is still there you should be able to go to the "..." menu and then click Page history. You can roll back to any previous versions. If the page was deleted then you can restore it from the space trash bin if it has not been purged. It is in Space tools -> Content tools -> Trash. Outside of that you will need to…

@Michael Thompson Yes! The Star Trek experience was so awesome!

I've been to Vegas a number of time s... all for tech conferences. I'm not really much of a Vegas fan. It's just not my kind of town. However, I think the architecture there is truly a marvel. There are some pretty awesome looking hotels there and I could just stare at that stuff all day. One thing that is not there that I…

1.4 Confluence server is controlled by you on your servers. Cloud is controlled by Atlassian and they certainly have access to your cloud environment. As for if you decide to install Confluence in a cloud environment like Amazon or Azure then I'm sure the hosting company has some access into the system ... but that is…

@Karen O'Keefe You going to Summit? If you are I'll be there and would be happy to introduce myself.

I took some time to chat with Kimberly Deal (another AUG leader) and I think based on that conversation this would be too much for my schedule. I really would love to help lead it, but I don't think I really have the time to do it well right now. I would, however, totally be willing to speak for an event.
-
This is my question. Are there any unique/niche ways that you use Atlassian products that might not be an obvious use for the product but still provides value to you/your organization?
-
After you do a JQL search you should see it under the export menu.

It would have to be coded specifically for something like that. My user macro was written to be pretty generic. It creates a table from a CSV ... that's pretty much it. To do something like you are asking would require it to be coded for that specific circumstance. It's certainly not impossible, but it is beyond the scope…
-
@Samer Harb I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. How would you envision a collapsible list working from a CSV?

I had the same issue that it would not clear the watchers on creation of the issue. This is how I solved it. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Use-ScriptRunner-to-un-watch-an-issue-when-created/qaq-p/1038959#U1039042
-
Found the answer here. The key is it needs to be a MutableIssue in the stopWatching method when the issue is created. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Groovy-Sript-Runner-Working-from-console-but-not-as-post/qaq-p/347269 Here is my new script. It works now!! Script Listener using the Issue Created event:…

I think one of the coolest parts about being a Champion is that I get to know other Champions/Atlassian product experts. I'm the lone Atlassian administrator at my organization and sometimes it nice to be able to ask others for advice on how to do something. Being a Champion has given me that in-road and the connections…

@Lewis Haidt Thanks sir.

@Monique vdB Phew! I got the Elite Agile Corner badge today.

@Lewis Haidt I wrote a discussion piece for this. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Agile-discussions/What-is-Scrum-when-you-are-not-a-development-shop/td-p/1030951

The page tree maps to the pages in your system. So, if you add a new page to the system it will automatically show in the page tree. Depending upon which system you are on (server vs cloud) you create a page differently. If you are server there is a button in the top navbar that says "Create". In the cloud version there is…
-
Just to add to points 1.7 for both server and cloud. All page edits and attachment changes are versioned and tagged to the individual that made the change with the ability to rollback any changes.
-
@Monique vdB For me it really depends upon the typical commitment level for it. If it's not too bad then maybe. Honestly, I've got like zero connections for a meeting places or speakers. :) I guess I'm tentatively interested.

Yay! Love the new accept buttons.
