Right now, you cannot nest macros in the new Confluence Cloud editor. Watch CONFCLOUD-68323 to see how this progresses over time. If you can revert to the old editor, you'll be able to continue nesting macros.
-
If you're going past the 500MB limit, I'd suggest hosting them elsewhere, such as Amazon S3 and add a link to that location in the Confluence page.

Hello, take a look at this: https://davidsimpson.me/2014/06/23/jira-release-user-macro-atlassian-confluence/ It's likely not the correct answer, but may help you a little.
-
If you're after a static website, I'd guess that Instance Websites for Confluence would do the job.
-
Yes it is. I've created a video for you to show how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1m_VjUU718&feature=youtu.be Sorry I couldn't embed the video directly 😕

For Confluence Cloud 🙁 If the web address of your Confluence instance is something like https://yourcompanyname.atlassian.net, that means you are on Confluence Cloud and as a result you will not be able to do this. For Confluence Server 🎉 Otherwise you are probably on Confluence Server, in which case, you can create your…

Have you tried dragging the image from your computer onto the page rather than pasting them?

* Get a nice comfortable pair of work slippers * Get a record player * Try out the vinyl pomodoro technique * Put on an LP * Work until the end of the side * Get up and wander around, stretch, make some tea, etc * Turn the record over & repeat from #5

These aren't macros, they are page blueprints, but no worries. When the "Blank page (old)" goes away, you will still be able to edit existing pages in the old editor, but won't be able to create any new ones. On my Confluence Cloud instance, the "Blank page (old)" has already gone. I'd imagine that the old editor will stay…

Sneaky.
-
Is that even possible on Confluence Cloud any more? I don't think that nested macros are currently not supported in the new editor (CONFCLOUD-68323)
-
It's interesting that you're doing this in Confluence Cloud, because I can't even work out how to do this in the new editor, even though it used to be a perfectly valid way of working in the old editor.
-
Do you have any content blockers? Ghostery? DuckDuckGo Essentials? PiHole?
-
Yes, 3 is the max. Any more could get messy, particularly when you try viewing it on the mobile app. If you insist on 5 columns, then it sounds like you need to cheat and use a table for that.

This won't affect your Jira instance as the password override is only set on the Confluence system using the startup parameter: -Datlassian.recovery.password=<your-password>

As you are on Confluence Server, you have access to global and space stylesheets. You should be able to change the colours with a bit of simple CSS. html .rwui_expandable_item { background: #000; border-top: 1px solid hotpink; color: #fff; } html .rwui_expandable_item .rwui_icon { color: #fff; } This will give a black…

Take a look at this page: Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights

I feel that it was there originally, but around the time that they moved from top to left navigation, colour schemes got culled. Now that the top navigation has returned 🎉 perhaps the colour schemes might come back too 🤞

If you're using Confluence as your knowledgebase, then you should start the mental switch from writing Word documents to writing web content. Write your it in the correct format from the start. If you write something in Word, that's a single document. Importing that content into any system may cause a certain craziness of…

Correct. There is no ability in the Confluence app to search within a page. It is however possible to search all pages for particular term, but no highlighting of the term on the page when you select the page from the search results.
-
This is expected behaviour. If you want multiple files attached rather than multiple versions of the same file, give them different names.
-
You should be able to remove a row by clicking on the left hand side of the row to select it, then clicking on the cross next to it: If thats not working for you, perhaps there is an intermittent problem with the service, or perhaps you are not using a supported browser?
-
On Confluence Cloud, you are much more limited on what you can change. Highlight and Background for the top menu is all that's available.
-
For a single link on an image, just add a link. For multiple links on an image see: * How do I add multiple Links to an image? (Map/Process Diagram) * Scroll ImageMap for Confluence

You probably have something custom in your PDF export stylesheet https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customize-exports-to-pdf-190480945.html I'd guess that its something like this: <span>h2 {</span><span> page</span><span>-</span><span>break</span><span>-</span><span>before</span><span>:</span><span>…

I'd suggest that the easiest way to achieve this would be: * Create the target space (the personal space) * Move the home page of the source space to the target space* This will also move all the children of the page to the new space * Manually copy the permissions from the source space to the target space * Update any…

No. You cannot modify the behaviour of the Questions link in the top bar in Confluence Cloud.
-
The UI Children macro will display the children of a given page. So if you don't want one of the pages to appear in the macro, simply move the page elsewhere so it is no longer a child of the given page. * UI Children macro documentation

No. The easiest way would be to have multiple blocks - one for each language - rather than swapping languages "mid code block".

The body.storage.value needs to be valid XML in order to save correctly. Rather than <ac:structured-macro ac:name=XX>...</ac:structured-macro> wrap parameters in double quotes like so <ac:structured-macro ac:name="XX">...</ac:structured-macro>
