The base font-size is set on the body at 13px See line 2 e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/s/en_US-x2i14y/663/14/1.0/_/download/batch/jira.webresources:global-static/jira.webresources:global-static.css body{color:#000000;font-size:13px;line-height:1.3077;font-family:Arial,FreeSans,Helvetica,sans-serif;} Override this using…

Perhaps he has an account in the internal directory and as such he's different.

Try: $helper.renderConfluenceMacro("{your-user-macro}")
-
I'd do the following... * Create a simple macro based on wrapping a normal nested list in a div, * Include a jQuery tree view plugin e.g. Simple jQuery Expand/Collapse Unordered Lists * Edit the theme config page for your space & include your new macro I'd image the syntax to be... {treeview} * [link1] ** [link1a] **…

What does DoD mean?

Is the purpose of this to collect usernames for your IT dept to do the upgrade? Or to alert users that their browser is out of date and therefore they need to upgrade their own browser? With JavaScript, you could snoop for the browser features that are not supported and then * Alert the user that their browser needs…

Be sure to remember that Google Analytics does not permit you to "collect personally identifiable information". For more details, check this section from the Analytics Plugins's "Occasionally Asked Questions"…

Atlassian doesn't do on-site training. It's all online but not targetted at SourceTree. They have a separate git tutorial here. If you can get to Guernsey, perhap you could ask @Steve Streeting directly :) or ask a local training company for help.

Exactly .

Copy page.vmd from confluence-install/decorators/ (or similar) into your plugin, likely it will now resemble the default layout. Next, find the code that displays the share button. Apply this to your original page.vmd and the share functionality should (may) now appear. Of course, it could be a bit harder than that as I…

As @CharlesH says, try this approach http://davidsimpson.me/2012/01/24/on-converting-wiki-markup-based-user-macros-for-use-with-confluence-4/ I can confirm that it works for both Confluence 4.x and 5.x It also removes the grunt work out of the process.

If you have access to the Annoucement Banner in OnDemand, you could use a similar hack to this: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/948/logo-position?page=1#950 Paste this in: <style> .some-feedback-link { display: none; }</style> Otherwise, you're likely stuck with it :(

You have some options... Google Analytics -- Tracking JavaScript only: For a free solution, you can add the Google Analytics tracking scripts -- more details here -- this means that your space leaders will need a Google Analytics account and some understanding of the Google Analtyics reporting. Google Analytics for…

Matt, check my answer to How to access external database through Confluence Plugin earlier today :) It's almost an identical question. Also, don't forget to add your driver jar to <CATALINA_HOME>\common\lib

Good call. check the update above.

Better than my last answer, try this as it works... <script>AJS.toInit(function(){ AJS.$('a[href^="#"]').click(function(e){ AJS.$('html,body').animate({scrollTop: AJS.$( AJS.$(this).attr('href' )).offset().top}); e.preventDefault(); });});</script> Update: This works if added to the At the end of the HEAD section. I forgot…

Try this: http://djpate.com/2009/10/07/animated-scroll-to-anchorid-function-with-jquery/ By the way: Atlassian refers to their version of jQuery with AJS.$ instead of jQuery or $.

It's not possible, so you have to just tell your users. Create an interstitial link page that only forwards correctly in IE. for all other browsers, display a friendly message ordering them to change browsers.
-
I wrote a blog post about this kind of thing some time back: More flexible commenting in Atlassian’s Confluence You could just go to Confluence Admin | Look and Feel | Custom HTML ... At the end of the HEAD: Add this: <style>#com-atlassian-confluence #comments-section { display:none; }</style>
-
You can get it and all future updates direct from AppFusions here: http://www.appfusions.com/display/CONFALF/Home "Archived" means that it is no longer sold on Atlassian's marketplace. That is all. I'm afraid we can't control the text they provide for "archived" add-ons as they are described there.

Confluence 4.0.x supports Internet Explorer 8. I'd be tempted to reset Internet Explorer to make sure there's nothing nasty messing with your browser.
-
Yes. My answer was going to be wait for Confluence 4.

Try giving us an annotated screenshot of what's happening. Having said that, without the exact code it may be difficult to troubleshoot.

You could do this with Confluence's WebDAV support: Some details * http://blogs.atlassian.com/2007/02/webdav_in_confluence/ * https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/WBDV/Confluence+WebDAV+Plugin I wouldn't suggest that WebDAV is for everyone, but it's likely to relieve the tedium of manually uploading lots of…

AJS is Atlassian's JavaScript namespacing. e.g. AJS.$ is their reference to jQuery Take a look at the AUI documentation which includes some details of AJS.
-
Which version of Confluence? Is IE9 supported for that version?
-
This is a quick & dirty way to do something like what you want:* Browse to Confluence Admin | Look & Feel | Custom HTML * Click the Edit button * Paste the following into At the end of the BODY <script> AJS.toInit(function(){ AJS.$('.page-metadata ul').append('<li><a…

The text in columns is done using the Section and Column macros. The grey box on the right is likely to be done with a children macro nested in a panel macro. For reference, here's the current page that screenshot was taken from.

UWC isn't compatible with Confluence 4.x. Instead, export your moinmoin wiki to Confluence 3.5 then upgrade to Confluence 4.x afterwards.

Have the permissions changed on the RPC? Maybe the OnDemand upgrade changed the permissions?
