Same as this question: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/5267/role-based-issue-creation

How do you mean rich text... do you mean wiki renderer or do you mean rich text, ie you're using the plugin that provides rich text editing capabilities? If the latter, it doesn't work with that.

Sorry, I tested this again and it didn't work. But there should be a way to put properties in a file.
-
Btw, Mark has put java.proxyPassword in his example, but afaik it is http.proxyPassword.
-
It's just the same as in the command line: java.proxyPassword=<PROXY_PASSWORD> I wondered if you could only put properties in there that are listed in jpm.xml, but I tested it and it worked fine.
-
You can put these properties in jira-config.properties. EDIT: Cancel this answer, it doesn't work.

> And it works...but you can't change the project type or the issue type in the dialog box... We use a velocity context handler that chooses the right dev project for the support project. But if you have many different choices for the project, we can't really handle that, other than create the issue in the wrong project…

As Adam said. This would just be a minor adjustment to the script that resolves parents when all subtasks are resolved - https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Built-In+Scripts#Built-InScripts-Transitionparentwhenallsubtasksareresolved . Rather than looping through subtasks it would go through links. However…

You do understand that this is community support right? If you're not getting answers it's because you're not doing enough research yourself.
-
This workflow function is actually from the JMWE plugin.
-
Maybe you are looking to do the step than Rambanam says automagically - if so consider using https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Built-In+Scripts#Built-InScripts-SetIssueSecurity.
-
I'm sure you want "logical or" there - ||, rather than "bitwise or" - |
-
> Returns no ResultBut there's your problem... so this is not related to the subtasksOf function, which seems to be doing the right thing. Try reindexing all.
-
> and got results more than 9K with most of them having Resolution = Fixed or CompletedDo you mean most of the parent issues had that resolution? What results do you get for:Project = RISK AND resolution = 'Fixed or Completed' ?

Totally fair enough, I forgot that linkedin is not big in Germany. I just wanted your email, perhaps you could send it to me at firstname.lastname@gmail.com , where first and last is Jamie and Echlin ;-)
-
thanks for confirming ;-) Udo - can you linkedin with me? "Jamie Echlin".
-
You need to test the inner query separately - this is not going to work on its own, so it won't work as a parameter: resolution = Fixed or Completed This should totally work: issueFunction in subtasksOf("resolution = 'Fixed or Completed'") "No issues found" is not an error, maybe there are no results for that query? Try…

Really? I think the act of linking causes both source and target to be reindexed.

I think the easiest way would be to use javascript to hide the Dashboard links, and maybe javascript to redirect the user back to their space if they enter the url to the dashboard directly. There is a similar question about jira here, with some example code:…

What's the listener? You've tagged it as on-demand so I'm really not sure what listener you mean. There is an Atlassian one but I can't find it in marketplace.
-
can you attach a screenshot of where these parameters you mention are configured
-
If you're talking about the rendering of bold text in asterisks then you should the renderer for Comments in your field configuration, sounds like you want the wiki markup renderer. However, I'm not sure why this should have been undone during an upgrade. But if you're talking about issue keys these should be found and…
-
Couldn't you just use javascript "confirm()"?
-
Hrm... works ok for me. Let me know about any error if you like. Most of the code is shipped uncompiled so you can look in the jar too.

Oh, good spot on the custom field thing. It was the only way possible to do it and get good performance, plus flexibility. Some day I will write a followup post to the discussions we had about jql functions. There are no leones, I've slayed them all ;-) But seriously, if writing your own function you have a choice to use…
-
Hrm.... I have kept it to a minimum, there aren't very many functions (although each one can do a lot). Also, the majority of them will only appear if you enter "issueFunction in ...", and not "issue in ...". (If not, which version are you using?). However there is only one namespace for jql functions, so it's possible for…
-
But good question. Just a reminder that 2.1 is actually 2.1-BETA... still finalising.
-
Sorry, you don't return true or false from a condition, you set passesCondition to a boolean. In your example: passesCondition = Bollo.sayHello() Don't declare passesCondition, it comes in the script binding. I would prefer just returning true/false, but dealing with backwards compatibility is tricky.
-
Should work fine... anything in your logs? If not I'd bump up the logging as per the info here: https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/getting%20help#GettingHelp-Supportrequests

> Because the JQL functions related to Agile only work for the 6.7.7 and above and that is also true of Copy ProjectThat's true but this is a bug in the case of CopyProject... it should just not offer to copy the board if the version of JA is too low: please watch…
