It's in the database so if you do a backup and restore of the entire instance they will be present. Or are you talking about transferring them between instances? If so that's probably best done by pressing the "Edit" button by the behaviours and copying the xml to the other system, although you will need to update the…

Yes that's fine, obviously they will need different users/schemas.
-
;-) It's the script runner plugin, in case anyone else has the same requirement.
-
We want to fix that, and we have made several attempts at fixing that particular issue. The problem is there some technical debt to be repaid in Behaviours, and we've reached the point of diminishing returns until we can find the time to rewrite a chunk. Which will happen in Q1 next year.
-
There are other ways too, eg see http://forums.atlassian.com/message.jspa?messageID=257344748#257344748

There is a built-in script in the script runner plugin: "Adds a comment to all blocked issues when this issue is transitioned". I seem not to have doc'd it so can't give you the specific link.
-
hi.... what is the name of the script? Is it one you wrote or one shipped?
-
How are you doing it? Where in the list of post-functions have you put whatever it is that's changing the assignee?
-
Only if one of the users was already members of that group.

import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessorimport com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issuedef issueLinkManager = ComponentAccessor.getIssueLinkManager()def issues = [issue] as List<Issue>issues.addAll(issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.id).findResults { if (it.issueLinkType.name == "SD-Blocking-Link") { return…

Something like this: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessorimport com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issuedef issueLinkManager = ComponentAccessor.getIssueLinkManager()def issues = [issue] as List<Issue>issues.addAll(issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.id).collect…

Well, it can go in any "script root". By default one is created for you in your JIRA home directory. This is not inside the installation folder, and you're right not to want to put anything in the installation dir. You can use any directory and point to it with a property in your startup script. More info…

Closure of this question seems slightly harsh.
-
Yes, you can. Check the docs: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/GRV/Scripted+Fields If you just want to query and not display you could do: issueFunction in expression('', 'DateOfFirstRespose > created + 10*d') for instance, to find issues where the response date was more than 10 days after creation.
-
I probably would have, but I thought you were happy with your solution. If you want tips, it seems like you use a try/finally block, and replace the actual logged in user. Otherwise I think this user would require to log in again.
-
That means you have a real user called Anonymous... that's not quite the same.
-
In your case, the file should exist at /WEB-INF/classes/custom/listeners/MotherStatus.groovy There are other ways of doing it too.
-
Nice way to avoid giving Renjith the points!
-
Your application should be able to set the From address...?
-
Thank you. This is an annoying issue... I will fix soon.

There is a problem in IE8, maybe other versions. Please can you use another browser for this step. https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/GRV-182
-
No, it was deleted from the whole site. Stackoverflow doesn't have a -ve for comments either... I think the point is to try to discourage long conversations and focus on actual answers.
-
Yes, you can also make it hidden. Please see the docn: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/behaviours-overview.html#_hidden_fields
-
You can't really do this with behaviours. Every time the issue type changes, it will load and apply any behaviours for that project and issue type combination. This is because you can assign behaviours to just certain issue types. So when you change the issue type, it fires, and changes it back.
-
Actually you can just find the Keyboard Shortcuts Plugin and disable it. It's under system plugins. Agree with Nic in that you should not do this though, at least let us know why you think you need to.

I believe the word is "mouses" ;-)

Hi Madhu, They are available there... there seems to be a type-checking error where it thinks they are not available: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-2101 So your code should work fine even though it's complaining when you enter it.
-
You will need to create the directories: onresolve/jira/groovy/canned/admin
-
The converse is: ! ('My value' in cfValues['My Multi List']*.value) or if you used a variable it would be more obvious def ret = 'My value' in cfValues['My Multi List']*.value!ret

No, unfortunately not. This is a general jira shortcoming imho - federated project management. If you must do it the only option is to write some tool that uses the remote API to bulk upload issues, but you'd be looking at redoing all the good stuff in JIM. Might be worth documenting in meticulous detail the import format…
