I don't remember if cascading selects are properly supported or not, but your example code is what you'd use for setting a single select. For cascading selects the values should themselves be option ID->value maps.

getFieldByName("BField").getValue()' This will work fine, but if this is in the server-side code for the AField, it will give you the BField value at the time that the AField changes (not the initial value). If you want to get the BField value when the BFIeld changes you have to add a script for the BField.

No it does not, you'd have to write that yourself. It would be better to make sure that the only people that have access to the issue are the ones that are allowed to see the attachment. And how do you share the "decryption key"?
-
No. Do you want them to remain encrypted when someone views them? If not are you worried about their security on the filesystem? In which case you could investigate using an encrypted file system. Maybe explain what you are trying to achieve to elicit better answers.

On creation of a subtask you can add the reporter of the parent as watcher to the subtask with the script runner... I'm not sure if that's the question though...?
-
Cool. FWIW I agree with your points about external dependencies and hitting the db directly...
-
sounds good.

It's easy enough with a scripted field. Check the creation date, easy. If the assignee is set on create then the time difference is zero. If the assignee is set, then get the assigned datetime: def componentManager = ComponentManager.getInstance()def changeHistoryManager =…

Yeah, well just do it. Question answered?
-
Surely you just want to save the filter with the name "Open Issues" or whatever, and then share it?
-
Maybe the easiest option is to create 3 queries and put the 3 charts side by side. It is just about possible via this: http://blogs.onresolve.com/?p=50 and/or this: http://blogs.onresolve.com/?p=134 but I won't pretend it's easy (or supported). Another option might be to write your own gadget which runs the three queries…

> I'm not sure if that's for custom scripted jqls or if it should show the ones that come with scriptrunner like subtasksof() Yes, you should see them all there. I would start by upgrading to the latest version, if you want to stick on the non-commercial side that would be release 3.1.4. If you still have problems see…

What version of SR have you got? I fixed something related to this in the most recent version.
-
I don't know - how are you using it, as the board filter? Can you give the full filter?
-
> or it could be that you are using a query like linkedIssuesOf to drive your board, which may be causing a problem. Are you? You missed a bit of my question.
-
Could be what Nic said, or it could be that you are using a query like linkedIssuesOf to drive your board, which may be causing a problem. Are you? What versions of everything have you got?
-
My bad, I meant 1.6. Answer updated.
-
It sounds like you have an old version of java. You need java 1.6 (java 6) or above to run jira.
-
If you're in on-demand, just screen scraping. I use WebDriver a lot. If you were on hosted I would suggest a quick groovy script.
-
Use the SOAP / REST APIs to get all the users. You should be able to update them too. If you don't fancy programming, I'm sure the jira CLI will let you do it with some shell scripting.
-
Yes, you can add the Attachments field to the screen. It won't show the screenshot applet, but you probably use something else for screengrabs anyway. You could also add a validator to ensure there is at least one attachment.
-
livequery is unfortunately an add-on you will need to include. There probably is a way to do it natively with jquery, but I don't know it.
-
OK. What was the result of pasting in the line into the console, did that work?
-
Are you importing your own jquery? You don't need to... confluence provides it.
-
Some elements are added by javascript, themselves on the onLoad event. I have had a similar problem, and it turned out to be a timing issue - haven't tested but possibly the issue in your case. To test the theory you could paste in the likes-and-labels line after the page has fully loaded in to the F12 tools console. If…

What is the searcher for the field? Take a look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/sk.eea.jira.natural-searchers/server/overview

Some of the extension methods are doc'd at https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/bitbucket/#_condition_methods, unfortunately not that one.
-
The solution is to use ComponentLocator You just need to be aware that you will have to modify that import when you come to upgrade to Bitbucket server: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/bitbucket/releases/release-4.1.2.html There is also a method tacked on to refChanges which will get all the commits:…

Yeah... I would like to know exactly what happens under the covers. I tried this, it took forever with no feedback, so I shut jira down. This leads to all directories being disabled and no way to log in, other than modding records in the db.
