Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There is no way to prevent issues being linked to other issues. But I do not understand the requirement. What problem does linking two issues cause?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Your screenshot seems to show that you have put all your open issues into the sprint, so there's nothing left in the backlog. To debug this further, you need to identify an issue that should appear in the backlog and try to work out why it is not appearing. The status is the thing that…

First, you need to establish whether the issues are being deleted or just being hidden from the board. We can't tell you what the next step is because it's totally different for each of those paths.

I was born, and live, in the UK, so I've not often driven on the wrong side of the road. I find it very scary driving on the wrong (right) side of the road. It's not the change of road layout though, it's the car that I've borrowed. I'm ok driving a car where the driver's seat is on the right (a car built for driving on…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The only way to get hold of them is via the contact support option on https://trello.com/contact#/ which I assume is what you've already tried. I suspect that they are extremely busy at the moment, as the changes to the way Trello is used and billed are causing a lot of support requests…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I strongly recommend that you remove the automation or script that is deleting the issues. You should never delete issues automatically in Jira, and I would recommend that you don't allow most of your people to delete issues either, as there's no recovery for them. However, I don't think…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It depends on how you are sharing the files, and in many cases, the browser in use as well. When most people say "shared drive / directory", they're referring to a file share that is being done by mounting it into their client machine's file system. Confluence can not give you links to…

Hi Filip, You would need to amend the code of Jira to do that, there's no functions for injecting your own stuff into the UI.
-
Hi Michael, I'm not sure where you are seeing this summary page, could you explain how you are navigating to it? (Or maybe just give us the url, leaving out the domain - for example https://----.atlassian.net/jira/software/projec.... )

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! That sounds like a project for an Atlassian partner, it's not a small thing that Community volunteers would have enough time for. We could probably help with specific questions, or if you could give us a bit more detail about what you are extracting from Jira and why, we might be able to…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The backlog is intended to be ranked, rather than prioritised. If you have created a board with a standard filter (or you are using a board with a fixed filter), then the filter will be something like "project = xyz order by rank" If the filter is ordering only by rank, then you can…

Hi David, What type of field are you trying to add multiple values to? Only multi-select type fields can contain multiple values (that is multi-select lists, checkboxes, labels, multi-user fields etc. You mention assignee - that is, I'm glad to say, a single-select list)

Hi Waranya, On a server/DC system, your storage limit is the physical size of the disks you have on the server. If you fill up the disk with the Jira home directory on it, then Jira will no longer be able to accept new or amended attachments, and will start to have problems working as the index and temporary workfiles will…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes and no. I can see a use for toggling an "order by priority" view on and off in the backlog, for helping people compare rank with priorities in one place. But it's not really of much use. There are two compound problems with "sort by priority" that make it rather useless in a backlog.…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Confluence does not fully support multi-tenancy in its usual meaning. All the data is in one database, and there's a lot of stuff that is global. You can separate out your end-users as separate tenants, by setting the permissions on spaces so that one organisation can only use one set of…

No, there are no proxies. Atlassian are not responsible for external blocking, it's not up to them to maintain other systems. You need to get your server hosts to get Spamhaus to remove their incorrect block. Give…

Hi Rompicherla, Atlassian enabled us to write a lot of Behaviours for Cloud a while ago. It is not as flexible as the Server/DC Behaviours, but it can do a lot, including "field options based on other selections"
-
It's usually "issue type"

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You will need to talk to the administrators of your firehol service. There's nothing we can do here.
-
No, we are not. I think you are in the wrong place, your question does not seem to be about an Atlassian system.
-
You don't need Scriptrunner or apps to do this. Edit the workflow, find the Rejected status and edit it, adding a workflow property of jira.permission.create.denied to it.
-
Atlassian are gradually removing the ability to inject javascript through field descriptions, so I'd recommend you look at a different way to do it.
-
What group(s) enable people to log into your Confluence? Can you then check what groups those users are in?
-
Hi Calvin, The Scrum boards are very simple, they just regard the last column as "done". They do not really care what the status is, but if your issues are not in the last column (including not being on the board at all), then they're not done. "Done" is not as simple as a binary flag though. It is not quite "subjective vs…

You need to stop using SQL.
-
The caching is not the main problem here. The problem is that your database writes are corrupting your data. You need to stop looking at the database. Turning off caching would a) render your Jira mostly useless and b) require you to rewrite quite a lot of Jira. You need to remove all the code you have that is corrupting…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It is probably a scam. If it was about an Atlassian job, then it certainly is, Atlassian and its partners do not recruit in this way.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This would be a very poor experience for the end user, it's a really bad idea (and, in fact, Jira used to do it, it was removed years ago because it was annoying and useless)
-
It is however what you did suggest. But that does not change the point - the Assets team have a lot of things they would like to do, a lot of things that customers want them to improve, and simply not enough time to do it all now.
