Ok, you will need to write something in Jira that can remotely edit the PDM objects, and write something in your PDM system that can make REST calls to Jira to update issues when it needs to. I'm not aware of anyone doing this as an app before - all the times I've seen something similar, it's been coding the desired…

I usually use Themebuilder, but I believe a couple of others you'll find under https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=theme may be able to do it as well.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The only way to make an issue uneditable in a certain status is to use the workflow properties. Either you are looking at the wrong workflow, or you have missed that there is a workflow property on the status (note that it is not on the transition, it is a workflow status property)

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Cloud uses Atlassian accounts for access. If you need to change the email address on your Atlassian account, log into https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email where you'll be able to change it. Note that you will need to be able to receive an email on both accounts to confirm the…

Get rid of the validator on the close transition, you do not need it. Then reverse the two actions for "edit" and "transition" - you need to set the resolution before you transistion.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Bitbucket Cloud has never supported accounts without an email, so I have to assume you are trying to retrieve access to a server system. You won't be able to just recover an individual account, you will need to log in as an admin and change the account details. To get access as an admin…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What are you looking for from an "integration" here? Jira is not a version control system, but it is an issue tracker, so you could use Jira for change management, and have it refer to versions of your PDM objects, but I am not clear on if that is the actual need that you have. Could you…

@Kevin Dickson is right - issueFunction is a Scriptrunner search term.
-
When you close a sprint containing issues that are not done (i.e. in the last column), Jira asks you if you want to put the issues into the next sprint or the backlog. So, the answer to "why" is that your people are clicking on "put open issues back in the backlog"
-
What version of Scriptrunner have you moved to?
-
It's worth a try re-indexing, but if that fixes the problem, you should follow up with a review of why your index is getting corrupted - it is likely that you have a script, process, or plugin that is damaging your index because it's poorly written and trying to do bad things. However, in this case, I think we need another…

hI @vaddhi raghunath Yes, this happens a lot - apps (plugins) are physical installation files that are installed on the disk, they're not kept in the database. (Almost all of them are monolithic single .jar or .obr files,so there's only one file to worry about for each app) Their data is usually held in the database…
-
That cannot work - to rank an issue, by definition, it has to be a unique placement in the list. And, again, ranking and prioritisation are not the same thing.
-
It might be possible, but the question was about doing it with Scriptrunner

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It's the cog item at the top right in the menu bar. It will only be shown if you have project or Jira admin rights (and you need Jira admin rights to be able to administrate the list of custom fields)
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There's no way to do this. The link given to the user for the issue view is coded into the heart of Jira, as it is presented as a way to see the whole issue. There's nothing that could change that link, even Scriptrunner can't override the core code for it. I would like to take a step…

Yep, this is because you might have sub-task types that are not called "risks" - it's a button designed to support all cases. Changing it to limit it to one type would render it useless all the other things you can use sub-tasks for.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Could you explain what this has to do with Atlassian software?
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is an anti-abuse measure that Atlassian have implemented to stop people abusing their free systems. We can't help you with this, the Community here is not Atlassian support, and we don't have any access to administrate your systems. You'll need to follow the link the message has…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm afraid "unable to connect to database" tells us nothing about the problem. What is the actual error message you are getting? If it's only unable to connect in the web front-end, then you are going to need to go read the application logs to find out what the actual error is. Start…
-
Hi Seyyede, You will need to get your administrators to read the application logs to see what the underlying error is. If the errors in there do not give them enough information to be able to debug and fix the problem, then they will need to raise a support request with Atlassian to get more help. The main log they need to…

Hi Edmund, I'm afraid you are a bit stuck here. Confluence 3 can export spaces to various formats, including one that can be imported into other Confluence systems. Confluence Server and Cloud can import pages from a couple of formats directly, and it can accept exported spaces from other Confluences. For Cloud imports,…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As mentioned in the original answer, there are some problems with this idea. I think it might help to re-read my last comment (7/11/2023) for what you would need to be thinking about, and then I have expanded on what I said there to explain why I said it. There's two things to think…

I did not mean to scold you at all. It was important for other readers to understand that your solution does not answer the question asked. As an aside, to be helpful, it's better that you don't provide answers to three-year old questions that have already been answered and had the answers accepted.
-
Please read the original question again, and compare what they are looking for with the output you get from your "solution". They will not match.
-
Please, don't use AI to answer questions - this "solution" is not correct, it does not address the problem.

That's the best thing to do here. The settings in your screenshot are project settings usable by project admins. If you have Jira admin rights, then you could follow the link "field" in that menu and it would eventually get to the place to create and maintain global custom fields, but if you do not, then you won't get the…
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! In Cloud, there are two ways to add fields, one is for fields local to a team-managed project, the other is to add global custom fields. DC does not have team-managed projects, so only has the global custom fields, but they are done exactly the same way as they are in Cloud. As the…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If a user has no product access, then they will not be able to use the product. User1 will not get access to the space despite their group membership, because they can't use Confluence. User 2 will not behave as a guest, as they have product access.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Atlassian can't fix it, it's up to Slack to provide a way to enable the authors of the slack integration to code for it.
