Yes, you already said that, my question is what you do you mean by "know all the cards"? What are you trying to "know"?
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It depends on what you are going to use it for. Is it to be shared with colleagues? If you left tomorrow, would the business still carry on using it? If so, then use the business email, because it's their system. If it's a system for your own use, and you're going to take it with you if…

What are you looking for when you say "easier way"? There is no board that can display cards from different boards, that's the whole point of having separate boards in Trello.
-
This is a question about Trello...
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can look at each board to see what is on it. I think you are asking for some other way to report though, could you explain what you mean by "know all the cards"? What would you like to see?

YALL need to wake up and recognise that AI is not ready to do this
-
AI's are not ready to do this, Confluence should not use them until they are.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! At the moment, generalised AI such as LLMs simply are not capable. They tell people what they want to hear, rather than the truth of the matter. They're wrong, and we need to stop that. AI is a long way off being a "must have" in specialised systems. LLMs are better than Google, by most…

What do you mean by "product vision"?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! No, the unique key of an issue cannot be changed. New issues always take the next free number in the project, keys can not be reused. --- Добро пожаловать в сообщество Atlassian! Нет, уникальный ключ задачи изменить нельзя. It only bothers me when it stops me being able to read the question (the content, not the summary, which I tend not to read anyway) :-)

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can't create a page without having a page there. But you can share content on pages between them. * Create P1 with all the content you want * Create P2 where you need the copy of P1, but don't copy P1 * Give P2 the content of a single macro: //include : P1 The include macro renders…

Are your users logged in as someone who is in the "confluence-users" group?
-
I am with you on half of this. The flashing screen during rendering is absolutely terrible and should not happen. Other software doesn't have this problem. But under no circumstances should a dark theme be a default. A lot more people would struggle with it than those who don't work well with a light theme. I work with…

The description field does not have context on Server as well as Cloud, so I am still a bit stuck on what you mean. What are you trying to achieve with this?
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The swimlane will not be shown if there is nothing in it - this is for simplifying the display, there's no point showing an empty swimlane, it's of no use to the users.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Start with https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can not directly do this, you will need to look at the list of issue types, note what schemes they are used in, and then go to the issue type schemes list to see what projects use them. The issue type scheme list does list the issue types in the display though, so you could just…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Confluence is not a pdf reader, it is a wiki. If you have been given a link to a Confluence page that has a pdf attached to it, then all you need to do is click on the attachment, and it will open in whatever you have set your browser to open it in (most browsers can do a simple preview,…

Without the log, you can not narrow down what the error might be. You will need to look at * The network settings * Can your server resolve the name of your database host? * Can your server reach the database server over your network? * Does the database server respond to your request at all? (if you got the error message…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can't really do this for columns because Jira does not hold any data for columns. When it needs to show you a column, it looks at the current status of all the issues and sorts them into the columns as currently mapped But you can do it for status (which ultimately leads to your…

Ah, I see. Yes, you're right, you'll need to create multiple fields for this. You could take a different approach, rather than segment by user, segment by permission, but I don't know if your data would fit well with this. It does for the example you put in your comment, but for large ranges of permission, I don't think it…
-
That's the ideal way to do it, in my opinion :-) I've always had a space set aside as an inclusions library, with "anyone can read it" (logged in, and anonymous usually) permission so you don't have to worry about permissions when using it elsewhere. And then a very limited set of people who can edit it.
-
Hi Carlos, No, there are no repeating fields in Jira. But you can use multiple-select lists. I would remove "Custom Field 2 (permission)" and add a new multi-user picker to replace it.
-
You still have to make the pages you want to include publically visible, this only hides them from the page tree (which could be a pain for your authors trying to find inclusions that need updating)
-
No worries, we all understand that things can get lost in translation! The section "we wanted the workflow to proceed as follows" is exactly what Jira's voting system is intended for. A vote on an open issue means "I, as the voter, want this fixed more urgently than other stuff", and there is no point voting on issues that…

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'd like to be able to say you can do this with Scriptrunner's fragments, but I am not sure that the "share" button is a single element on its own, if you use fragments to hide it, then you may hide more than you actually want to.
-
Hi Roshen, You say "However, for some tickets, this transition is occurring automatically by the System." This is not something Jira does. If a transition is happening, a human has either: Chosen to make the transition Set up an Automation, Script, or Listener, that will do it automatically in certain cases You will need…
-
You do not need to add any validation in the workflow. If the resolution field is on the transition screen, it will be set - the user has no way to leave it blank. The problem you have is nothing to do with resolutions or validators.
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Jira does not have a concept of "nested projects", you would have to implement that in your processes (i.e. educate your humans that a project should be considered to be part of another project) Sprints will show in the backlog of any board that could include issues that match the board…
